Performance Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, tone, and style consistency.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and editorial guidelines.
• Review content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance before publication.
• Collaborate with writers to improve content structure and readability.
• Optimize content for SEO in coordination with the digital marketing team.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Fact-check information and verify sources where required.
• Provide constructive feedback to content creators.
• Maintain version control and content documentation.

• Perform hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular.
• Drive solution design, code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with the client’s product owners and architects.
• Conduct code reviews, technical grooming, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of modules with high quality.
• Mentor team members and support them in solving technical blockers.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Strong front-end experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) is an added advantage.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Some of the tech problems you get to work-on as a front-end developer would include building real-time collaboration experiences across our product, building live document editing and modern spreadsheet experiences from scratch, creating flexible new Kanban-style views of work tasks, and crafting cool new UI components and interactions that we will use across our product.

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Identification: Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to pinpoint decision-makers.
2. Outbound Prospecting: Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting techniques.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate directly with sales and marketing departments to discover opportunities from leads.
4. Outreach Methods: Utilize a combination of outreach mechanisms, such as calls, emails, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn InMails, etc., to nurture leads.
5. Lead Conversion: Pursue leads with persistence to convert them into business opportunities.
6. Continuous Learning: Familiarize yourself with, leverage, and help evolve the company's demand generation process.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Business Development, preferably catering to international clients in the US region within a Software/High Tech company.
2. Attitude: Fearless, willing to take intelligent risks, and ready to work hard.
3. Daily Activity: Should maintain a high volume of outbound calling activity while preserving a positive and energetic demeanor.

Currently we are looking for a “Full Stack Developer” with an expertise in Java software development and proficient in React to join the software engineering team for our BFSI clients. The candidate will develop new application features and maintain existing ones. ·        Work as full stack developer with prime focus on backend

·        Responsible for handling and overseeing the End-to-end development from designing to development.
