We are looking for a Lead UI Engineer to design and build multiple channels for user interaction.

• Design/Architect and develop core features of the UI/frontend.
• Design/Architect and develop policy framework to provide rich UI for various features of the solution.

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications.

• Must have 6+ years of experience in working in frontend technologies
• Must have at least 2-3 years. of experience with Angular2 or above versions.
• Must have at least 5+ years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with PrimeNG and Vega is a plus
• Strong background in developing UI for Monitoring and Management systems, dealing with topology, and different telemetry such as metrics, traces and logs
• Familiar with containerization solutions like Docker/Kubernetes etc.
• Familiar with serverless technologies like AWS Lambda.
• B.E/B.Tech/MS degree in Computer Science, or equivalent

Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who will join our team building and rolling out our SaaS platform in the cloud AI/Ops space.

Our Technology Stack

Our product involves the following technology areas with one or more tools in use in each area:

1. Container technologies, including creating Docker plugins and extensions
2. Serverless technologies including instrumentation, addons
3. Orchestrators including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Mesos, Swarm
4. Metric generation and collection including Prometheus and tools such as Dynatrace and Datadog
5. Tracing including OpenTracing, Jaeger
6. Graph tools and Databases including neo4j, JanusGraph, TinkerPop/Gremlin
7. TimeSeries databases such as Prometheus, OpenTSDB
8. NoSQL and Indexing tools such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Solr and Elastic
9. Languages including Java, Scala, Javascript, Python, R, and Go
10. Messaging tools including Kafka, Akka
11. Big Data tools including HDFS, YARN, Spark, Flink
12. AI/ML techniques including Statistical Analysis, Classification, Deep Learning, etc.
13. Cloud services: AWS, GCP, and Azure, their services in databases, networking and ML tools
14. High performance User Interfaces including AngularJS, Vue, D3.js and local stores
15. Authentication and Authorization including tools such as Okta and KeyCloak.

Responsibilities

1. Understand user level requirements, write up the test strategy, derive test plan and test cases in detail.
2. System and integration testing with automation of test cases using Python or Java.
3. Use test frameworks such as Robot Framework.
4. Use traffic generator tools such as JMeter for performance testing
5. Set up the target test environments in AWS, Azure or GCP
6. Containers based environment setup with Kubernetes and Docker, monitoring tools setup with Prometheus
7. Debug incidents and issue to narrow down to a root cause
8. Understand and reproduce internally issues reported by customers

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications.

1. B.E/B.Tech Degree from a reputed institution with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
2. Hands-on experience with test automation using Python or Java.
3. Experience with test frameworks such as Robot Framework or TestNG.
4. Traffic generation tools usage such as curl-loader or JMeter
5. QA engineers for Networking Technology products such as switches, routers, L4-L7 products testing can also apply.
6. Knowledge of public clouds, AWS, Azure or GCP, is desired
7. Working knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker or Openshift environments required
8. Hands on experience with Linux
9. Strong problem solving and debugging abilities
10. Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI
11. Interest in machine learning (ML) and data science is a plus

LOCATION

Chennai, India

• Research and test novel machine learning approaches for analysing large-scale distributed computing applications.
• Develop production-ready implementations of proposed solutions across different models AI and ML algorithms, including testing on live customer data to improve accuracy,  efficacy, and robustness
• Work closely with other functional teams to integrate implemented systems into the SaaS platform
• Suggest innovative and creative concepts and ideas that would improve the overall platform

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

• 5 + years experience in practical implementation and deployment of large customer-facing ML based systems.
• MS or M Tech (preferred) in applied mathematics/statistics;  CS or Engineering disciplines are acceptable but must have with strong quantitative and applied mathematical skills
• In-depth working, beyond coursework, familiarity with classical and current ML techniques, both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques and algorithms
• Implementation experiences and deep knowledge of Classification, Time Series Analysis, Pattern Recognition, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, Dynamic Programming and Optimization
• Experience in working on modeling graph structures related to spatiotemporal systems
• Programming skills in Python is a must
• Experience in developing and deploying on cloud (AWS or Google or Azure)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with well-known ML frameworks such as Pandas, Keras, TensorFlow
