QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in facade and steel structure design under senior supervision.
• Prepare 2D CAD drawings for shop drawings, layouts, and material schedules.
• Support in creating facade tender packages and system details.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, engineers, and project leads.
• Participate in design meetings and provide basic engineering inputs.
• Track drawing submissions and maintain documentation/version control.
• Help resolve design challenges and ensure timely project deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or Building Design.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
• Familiarity with Rhino/SketchUp, Grasshopper/Python is a plus.
• Willingness to learn BIM tools.
• Understanding of materials like steel, aluminum, glass.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Summary/Objective:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. The HR Admin will primarily handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Admin Tasks:

·        Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.

·        Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.

·        Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

·        Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.

·        Schedule and coordinate meetings with the director, prepare agendas, meeting minutes.

·        Maintain relationships with vendors and handle vendor-related issues.

·        Make follow-up calls as needed to vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.

·        Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office premises.

·        Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.

·        Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met and address any issues promptly.

·        Occasionally visit the market to procure required supplies.

·        Visit Aunitji's house when required for specific tasks or responsibilities.

HR related Tasks:

·        Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

·        Monitoring team’s daily /weekly/ monthly work record and up to date attendance register on daily basis.

·        Maintain each employee’s personal folder for records.

·        Check daily basis inbound and outbound register.

• Expertise in React tools including React.js, Webpack, Babel, Redux/Flux, React router.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Practised in any one CSS frameworks like material UI, Semantic UI, Bootstrap, ANT design.
• Experient working on web API like RESTful Web services, • Proficiency in using Graphql, WebSocket, webhooks.
• Should be able to design and build modern user interfaces to enhance application performance.
• Hands-on experience in browser-based debugging, performance testing software and deployment, with an attention to detail that supports the software development cycle.
• Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha
• Experience in an Agile environment
