Sr. Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS reports

Assist in finalization of accounts and audit coordination

Payroll & Compliance:

Handle end-to-end payroll processing

Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory compliances

Ensure timely filing of returns and challans

Handle Form 16, TDS returns, and salary-related reconciliations

Taxation:

Manage GST compliance: returns, reconciliations, notices, and audits

Handle TDS workings and filings (24Q, 26Q, etc.)

Coordinate with CA for Income Tax, GST, and Statutory Audits

Banking & Regulatory:

Handle bank-related work including:

APR, FLA, and other bank / RBI forms

Fund transfers, FD management, and documentation

Manage vendor and client payment cycles

US Accounting (Good to have):

Basic understanding of US accounting concepts

Exposure to invoicing, reconciliation, or bookkeeping for US clients is a plus

Required Skills & Tools:

Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Payroll

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Good understanding of service-based accounting

Ability to coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks

Good to Have:

Experience in an IT / Software / Service-based company

Knowledge of compliance calendars and audit processes

Basic understanding of US accounting

Ability to independently handle accounting operations

Product & Medical Knowledge

• Develop thorough knowledge of infant formula, pediatric nutrition, and pharma-based products
• Explain product composition, benefits, usage, and differentiation clearly to doctors
• Stay updated with new product launches, guidelines, and market trends

Doctor & Customer Interaction

• Visit pediatricians, gynecologists, hospitals, and clinics
• Conduct doctor detailing with scientific and ethical promotion
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals

Sales & Promotion

• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Promote products through effective communication and selling skills
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns

Reporting & Documentation

• Fill and maintain daily call reports (DCR), feedback forms, and survey formats
• Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions and market feedback
• Share timely reports with the sales manager / HO

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Python Full Stack Engineer with 6–7 years of development experience to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React UI and Python backend development, with solid experience in modern testing frameworks, CI/CD, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
• Implement reusable UI components and ensure a seamless user experience with React.
• Build and manage backend services using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Develop and maintain unit and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and Cypress.
• Manage state using libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or MobX.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Integrate with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–7 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React UI (top priority).
• Proficiency in Python with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Expertise in unit testing (Jest, Mocha) and E2E testing (Cypress).
• Experience with Vite or similar build tools.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have:

Any Technical Graduate related to Computer / IT. BCA / MCA, BSC IT / MSC IT, BE / B. Tech, 3 year Computer Diploma / DCA after 12th , Computer science Grads / PG, Bachelor in Computer management, PGD ISM. GNIIT etc. / CCNA certified.
Non-Technical Graduates / mechanical / electrical / civil engineers are not eligible.
Skill set
Minimum 6 months from in a networking troubleshooting process.
Certification on networking concepts will be preferred / desired but not mandate.
Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies.
Basics understanding of Hardware and Software.
Should possess good English verbal skills
Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
Typing 25 WPM and 80% accuracy.
Should be ok with Night Shifts and Willing to work from Office – Transport boundary attached.
