Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-driven Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead Miror’s visual storytelling across social media, performance marketing, product, and brand channels.
This role blends strong design aesthetics, hands-on video editing expertise, and brand ownership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2C startup environment and wants to build a meaningful healthcare brand.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design & Branding
· Create high-impact graphics for social media, digital ads, website, app, and brand campaigns.
· Ensure strong brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
· Design marketing collateral, pitch decks, and campaign creatives.
Video Creation & Editing
· Conceptualize, edit, and deliver Reels, Shorts, ad films, explainers, and product launch videos.
· Optimize video content for performance marketing and social engagement.
· Collaborate with content and marketing teams on storyboarding and creative direction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to execute campaigns and launches.
· Support basic UI/UX visuals and design systems (Figma knowledge preferred).

Candidate Profile
· 10+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
· Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

· Experience in B2C / consumer brands preferred.
· Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
