Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Zoho, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
• Generate invoices and follow up on payments.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements (if required).
• Work extensively on Zoho Books and other accounting software.
• Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience as an Accountant.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities  

• Design and develop a delightful Android application for our users, with a focus on simplicity of use and high-performance  
• Write product-independent code and design modular APIs to be used across all of our products  
• Work across disciplines with team members from front-end, backend, design, and product  
• Help ensure we’re bug-free by writing unit-tests, and regularly communicating with our QA team  
• Actively participate in product decisions, ensuring we set reasonable development deadlines  

Requirements  

• Strong development skills with Kotlin/Java and the Android SDK  
• You have an understanding of MVP and / or MVVM  
• You understand the ins and outs of RESTful web services  
• You have experience developing, releasing, and maintaining Android applications on top of RESTful  APIs

JOB DESCRIPTION - UI UX DESIGNER

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, indesign) (After Effect will be a great add on), Sketch, Figma, Basic Html understanding, Basic knowledge on user journey and user usability.

Primary Function:

Overall responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Should have experience researching problem statements and designing solutions that meet the desired UX goals and stakeholder requirements

1. Should be able to rapidly prototype ideas; pen and paper will do for mockups. Should be familiar with prototyping tools or front end code for higher fidelity prototyping

1. Good communication skills. Must be able to communicate idea to all stakeholders product, engineering and design

1. Must have average above average knowledge of the Adobe Suite
2. Must be able to look at the product as a whole to design workflows that scale
3. Must be able to measure UX changes and suggest further improvements
4. Should be able to build UI components that meet the desired UX. Should be able to understand and respect the UX8. Should follow the style guide and design according to the guidelines

1. Understanding of typography, typographic grid, grid based systems, design frameworks and responsive design principles is required. Should be able to adapt and extend the style guide as required and define new UI components when needed

1. Should be able to build reusable UI components
2. Good communication with the product and engineering teams to assess feasibility of UI components

1. Experience with motion/interaction design a plus
2. Must know the Adobe Creative Suite well. Must also be familiar with prototyping tool
