Graphic Designer Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Zoho products and implementation services.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and partner networks.
• Conduct product demos, client consultations, and needs assessments to identify the right Zoho solutions for each client.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to create proposals, pricing plans, and customized packages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up diligently on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Stay up to date with Zoho product updates, new releases, and implementation capabilities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or software sales (Zoho experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented — willing to “do what it takes” to close deals.
• Ability to understand client pain points and map them to Zoho solutions.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Required Skill Set

Senior Software Engineer- Java

• Experience in Core Java 5.0 and above, Data Structures, OOPS, Multithreading, Algorithms, Collections, Unix/Linux
• Possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-volume server-side development

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• BE / BTech / ME / M Tech in engineering or MCA or similar relevant field.
• 2 to 17 years (Junior, Intermediate, Senior Role & we have multiple openings)of relevant hands-on experience and excellent knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, Relational Databases, DB schema or ORM technologies.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of building applications, platforms and services in Java, Python and MS SQL or at least two of them.
• 5 + years of experience of managing projects, team and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and make quality decisions in moderately to high ambiguous work environment.
• Previous work experience in financial services, especially, capital markets is preferred.

• 5 years experience with the Django framework
• Experience with building APIs (REST or GraphQL) 
• Strong Troubleshooting and debugging skills
• React.js knowledge would be an added bonus 
• Understanding on how to use a database like Postgres (prefered choice), SQLite, MongoDB, MySQL.
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented design and analysis.
• A strong passion for writing simple, clean and efficient code.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Git.

Location:

• Remote developer

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

Relevant Experience: 2-5 years

The position is responsible to carry out product design, tests and other related activities as allocated. Working as a member within the current hardware engineering team, who collectively execute all the necessary activities to design, improve and optimize customer projects and production - especially the reliability and robustness aspects.

1. Graduate in Electronic Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a similar industry Self-driven individual with hands-on skills.
2. Experience of Embedded Electronic Digital, Analog, Power electronic design.
3. Familiarity with ECAD tools for schematic capture, simulation, component selection, PCB design.
4. Experience of design for EMI/EMC.
5. Create manufacturing deliverables for prototypes and production.
6. Application of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) techniques.
7. Experience of debugging and fault finding in new and existing designs.
8. Experience of failure analysis and design review.
9. Experience with tools like Cadence or ORCad.
10. Creation of RFQ package for EMS provider and qualification of offers.
11. Experience of project/task planning.
12. Knowledge of project management tools.
13. Well versed with usage of test equipment like Multimeter, Oscilloscope and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
14. Familiarity with EMI, EMC, Environmental, Mechanical standards and type tests.
