Core skill required:

• In-depth knowledge of Angular 8 or above , Typescript, JavaScript , HTML, and CSS
• Should have adequate knowledge of API Development Technologies to guide the Team to develop the API code and get it tested
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams

Primary skills:

·        6+ years of experience in .NET Framework like C#, dotnet core, Angular 8+ version, Type Script

·        Minimum 5 years of experience on Web Application development HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, Entity framework and Linq Queries

·        Been on a Lead role and led a team of 3-5 people for a period of 1 - 2 years

About the role

We are looking to hire a dedicated Direct Response Copywriter Writer to create strong communication for all the stages of the Customer Journey. The copywriter will be expected to create stories that resonate with the audience and move them to action. The copywriter will be responsible for producing video scripts, Landing pages, Facebook & Google ads, Emails, and much more.

The copywriter will be expected to be data-driven. They will be expected to analyze data to see what is working and what’s not. This individual will be responsible for conducting audience research to understand the target market and then create communication strategies that resonate. 

Content for video scripts, landing pages, Facebook and Google ads, and emails. Responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed.

Your day-to-day:

• In-depth audience research to understand the audience on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
• Writing copy for all the stages of the customer journey
• Measuring the impact of the copy through data and improving on a consistent basis
• All completed layouts and artwork must be thoroughly checked to ensure there are no mistakes
• Collaborate with internal partners to interpret project briefs and develop relevant concepts into content

The is a senior role that involves leading the engineering team and get to work amongst the sharpest of minds in the Indian Internet fraternity in Product and Technology. This is a challenging role that expects the incumbent to work with constant agility with various teams and deliver the best products in the space using effective technology platforms. The role is based out of HQ in Gurgaon.

Someone from Fintech/Product based Company would be preffered

Job Purpose: Plan, drive, and review delivery of projects in line with the agreed product pipeline with the objective of improving the technology delivery strength thereby contributing in achieving the organizational top and bottom line. Lead initiatives on transformations and re-engineering of the product platform.

• Contribute as part of the technology team to determine strategic directions

• Engineering graduate with a minimum of 8 Years of relevant experience

• Brilliant at communication, estimation and delivery, change management, and leadership capabilities
• Should have managed a large technology team directly or through the hierarchy
• Hands-on expertise would be an added advantage

• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure the functionality
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance

• Design and architect solutions on the cloud for various business problems with workflow efficiency and scale in mind.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science or closely related subject.
• 1-5 years of experience in building software solutions.
• Good at data structures and their practical applications.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Python.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (Ex: AWS, Google cloud).
• Proficiency with SQL and databases - relational and/or nosql (Snowflakes, AWS RedShift, etc).
• Experience with messaging middleware such as Kafka is good to have.
