Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal projects
- Design creative graphics, banners, and promotional materials
- Work closely with content and marketing teams to develop visually appealing campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
- Manage multiple design and video projects within deadlines
Requirements:
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of motion graphics
- Knowledge of current trends in social media content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.)
- Good communication and time management skills
- Must have own laptop capable of handling design and video editing tasks

This is front line management role and candidate selected will be responsible for day-to-day successful operations of US IT Full Lifecycle Recruitment Team and individual performance targets.
