Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Thane (Majiwada)

Age Requirement: Up to 30 Years

Experience: 1–2 years (Pharma industry – Cardio-Diabetic segment preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support CRM activities.
• Generate and analyze reports using MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.
• Support day-to-day CRM operations to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
• Pharma experience in Cardio-Diabetic segment is mandatory.

Note: This is a top priority position – immediate joiners will be preferred.

Project Overview

Join an exciting early-stage project developing "Fenrir Security" - an innovative autonomous security testing platform. We're building an Electron-based desktop application that leverages AI to automate security testing processes. This is a contract position with potential for long-term engagement as the product evolves.

Contract Details

• Duration: Initial 4-month contract with possibility of extension
• Work Arrangement: Remote with regular online collaboration
• Compensation: Competitive rates based on experience (₹80,000-₹1,50,000 monthly)
• Hours: Flexible, approximately 40 hours weekly

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop a cross-platform Electron application from scratch
• Implement both frontend UI components and backend functionality
• Create integration points for the autonomous testing engine
• Build secure communication protocols between application components
• Develop data visualization components for security testing results
• Implement application packaging and distribution mechanisms
• Work collaboratively with AI/ML specialist and security expert
• Deliver working application builds at regular milestones
• Participate in technical planning and architecture decisions

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience building production applications
• Strong proficiency with Electron framework development
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Node.js
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
• Working knowledge of desktop application development challenges
• Familiarity with security tools and applications (preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills

• The salary for this position is INR 20000 - INR 30,000

• Develop and implement test plans and procedures using the testing tools
• Hands on Experience with web application testing.
• Experience with test automation for web using tools such as Selenium using Ruby/Java
• Good knowledge of working with PostgreSQL
• Good knowledge of writing test cases in Zephyr scale (JIRA)
• Good knowledge using Postman API
• Good knowledge of GitHub
• Knowledge in Cucumber with Ruby is added advantage
