Responsibilities:

Reels making must known

Youtube video making must know

Create engaging content for digital/social media (images /GIFs/Videos/Reels etc.)

Publish & monitor content on social media networks

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic/video

Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Candidates should have knowledge of different video editing software and will be responsible for • editing the video • adding special effects and creating a final video. • Adobe Photoshop • Logo Design . •Adobe Premiere Pro • Canva • Filmora

Oversee the sales process for digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, Web Design/Development, Mobile Apps) targeting international clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service agreements to maximize profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing international clients, adapting to diverse time zones.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine sales tactics and stay ahead of industry developments.

Collaborate with marketing and project management teams to align sales strategies with service delivery.

Conduct regular training sessions for new joiners and existing employees to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge, and performance.

• Understand/modify exploit code and find logical security flaws in applications

• Identify relevant data sources - a combination of data sources to make it useful.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science , Engineering , Physics , Math , Operations Research , etc) or equivalent experience.
• Extensive machine learning and algorithmic background with a deep level understanding of at least one of the following areas: supervised and unsupervised learning methods , reinforcement learning , deep learning , Bayesian inference , Network graphs , Natural Language Processing Analytical mind and business acumen
• Strong math skills (e.g. statistics , algebra)
