We are looking for a client-focused and experienced *Sales Executive* for our Mumbai showroom. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in premium or luxury furniture and home décor, and a flair for engaging with high-net-worth individuals, architects, and interior

designers. This role involves offering personalised service, understanding client needs, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist clients with a warm, service-oriented approach

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and décor solutions

* Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers and architects

* Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to order placement and post-sale support

* Maintain the showroom’s visual standards in line with brand aesthetics

* Record leads, showroom visits, and client interactions in the CRM system

* Meet individual and store-level sales targets

* Coordinate with production, logistics, and CRM teams to ensure timely deliveries and communication

Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience* in luxury furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or design-related retail

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong understanding of premium clientele and their expectations. Experience in handlingclients from architecture and design backgrounds

* Familiarity with CRM tools, email etiquette, and professional communication

* Available to work on weekends and holidays, as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering a full range of Partnership tax services for Financial Services Clients in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.

• Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.

• Providing tax planning and reviewing complex 1065 tax returns of Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Fund of Funds and similar complex structures.

• Review and managing of the Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law

Job Summary:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.

Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Represent Upcred.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new leads.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, with at least X years of experience in a B2B sales role within the financial technology or software industry.

Deep understanding of the financial technology industry, particularly in credit assessment and lending solutions.

Strong network of contacts within the financial industry, including banks, credit unions, and lending institutions in the USA.

Experience in managing and leading a sales team, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role Description

• Office 365 Migration Specialist
• Position requires prior Office 365 mailbox migration experience, scheduling migration batches and process management.
• Under the general direction of the customer IT/Security/Okta Teams is responsible for assisting in the planning and support of the migration from multiple on-premises Exchange environments & third party provided Mail services into a single Azure-hosted Office 365 environment.
• Candidates must be flexible to work Monday through Friday 

Primary roles and responsibilities

• Hands-on migration/deployment of Exchange 2007/2010/2016 to Office 365 Azure-hosted solution
• Provide Level II/ Level III support for email and messaging systems
• Perform large-scale infrastructure implementations and migrations
• Configure tools for monitoring and use them to proactively identify issues within email & messaging systems
• Deployment of O365 Application (One Drive, SharePoint, Teams) with existing data migration
• Implementation and migration of Exchange Archiving and Journaling.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop and train Service Desk and Endpoint Support to resolve level 1 and 1.5 Office 365 issues
• Participate in monthly maintenance windows
• Performs related duties as assigned

 
Experience and educational requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Any equivalent Post Graduation.

 
Minimum skills, knowledge, and ability requirements

• Hands-on Exchange to O365 migration experience is a must.
• Very Good Knowledge on One Drive, SharePoint
• Integration of O365 with Okta
• Good communication and customer handling skills, candidates need to able to work with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, O365.
• Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Veritas Enterprise Vault a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in this field are a plus.

• Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to provide platform features and components to support Ingenio’s business objectives.
• Participate in the design and development of the company’s e-commerce layer.
• Translate Product requirements into scalable technical solutions, write high-quality code, conduct unit testing, provide technical leadership, and communicate project status to team members and stakeholders.
• Influence technical debt by re-designing components and adopting new technologies 

What You'll Need To Be Successful

• 4 - 8 years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in C# and .NET framework.
• Expertise in developing services (SOAP-WCF and REST) and web development frameworks like ASP.NET MVC.
• Good knowledge of database concepts and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, design patterns, concurrency, algorithms, and software design
• Research and evaluate new software, frameworks, and techniques to provide recommendations to the division.
• Design and develop robust and scalable software components.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
