Primary Responsibilities

●         Serve as the primary resource during the client implementation/onboarding phase

●         Identify, document, and define customer business and technical needs

●         Develop clear user documentation, instructions, and standard procedures

●         Deliver training sessions on solution administration and usage

●         Participate in customer project calls and serve as a subject matter expert on solutions

Required Skills & Experience

●         Proven experience leading software implementation projects from presales through delivery

●         Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple detailed and interdependent tasks

●         2–5 years of experience in JavaScript and web development, including prior implementation work in a software company

●         Proficiency in some or all of the following:

○         JavaScript, PascalScript, MS SQL Script, RESTful APIs, Azure, Postman

○         Embarcadero RAD Studio, Delphi

○         Basic SQL and debugging

○         SMS integration and business intelligence tools

●         General knowledge of database structures and data migration processes

●         Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

●         Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building

●         Self-starter with the ability to work productively in a remote, distributed team environment

●         Experience in energy efficiency retrofits, construction, or utility demand-side management is a plus

At Shopflo, we're trying to change the way consumers experience brands and businesses. Our first product was a cart and checkout platform for e-commerce, that allowed marketers to personalise discounts, rewards, and payments. We are currently also working on a new product that takes it a notch higher by unlocking enterprise-grade personalization for all consumer tech businesses.

Team & Role

Shopflo was started by three co-founders: Ankit (ex-IIT Kharagpur, Oracle, Gupshup), Ishan (ex-IIT Bombay, Parthenon, Elevation Capital), and Priy (ex-IIT Madras, McKinsey, Elevation Capital). As a Solutions Engineer, you'll analyze client requirements and collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to customize software solutions. You will design and implement API integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless product functionality through thorough documentation and quality assurance.

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

UI UX Designer Responsibilities:

· Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.

· Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

· Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

· Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

· Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

· Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

· Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

· Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

UI UX Designer Requirements:

· A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.

· A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

· Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· A team player but can work independently too.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Design the architecture of our big data platform
• Perform and oversee tasks such as writing scripts, calling APIs, web scraping, and writing SQL queries
