Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Design Projects: Support the team in producing visual assets for digital and print campaigns, web graphics, and social media.
- Web Graphics Creation: Learn to design web-friendly assets like banners, infographics, and responsive images optimized for performance and interactivity on various platforms.
- Basic AI Tools Integration: Learn to use AI tools like Photoshop’s Generative Fill, MidJourney, or RunwayML to enhance design workflows and gain experience with AI-assisted creativity.
- Video Editing and Motion Graphics: Assist in basic video editing using Premiere Pro and create simple animations in After Effects.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work with the web design team to understand how your graphics will be integrated into web layouts and interactive elements.
Main Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
- Interest in learning AI-powered design tools like Canva AI, Figma Plugins, or Generative Fill in Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
Bonus Skills (Plus Point if you know):
- Experience with FCP (Final Cut Pro) or other video editing tools.
- Knowledge of basic CSS animations or SVG graphics for web design.
- Exposure to Figma, Sketch.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
- A portfolio of personal or academic projects demonstrating creativity and a willingness to explore web design and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Write compelling and informative articles, blogs, white papers, case studies, reports, PR and social media content that resonate with our audience.
• Content Strategy: Help shape content strategies that drive lead generation and establish our thought leadership in the market.
• Content Optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and engagement.
• Editing & Proofreading: Ensure content is polished, accurate, and consistent with our brand voice.
• Stay Current: Regularly monitor industry trends to create relevant, timely content.
• In-depth Research & Analysis: Conduct secondary research and collaborate with research teams to create content based on data and industry insights.
• Complex Data Interpretation: Understand and analyze complex market data, and translate it into clear, compelling, and actionable content for a broader audience.
Job Location - Gurugram (Work from Office – 5 Days Monday to Friday)
Management Trainee Duration - 6 months (PPO based on performance)
Fixed Salary – INR 15000/- Monthly during MT position
CTC (Post MT duration) – 4 - 4.5 LPA (As per performance)
