Role Overview
We're hiring a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Media Creator to produce short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks), long-term business/client videos, and branded company media. You'll bring our content to life with motion, energy, and clarity—working closely with writers, social media managers, and the graphic design team.
Responsibilities
- Edit engaging short-form videos for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
- Create and edit longer-form company videos and client case studies.
- Implement dynamic captions, transitions, effects, and brand elements.
- Follow scripts and creative briefs to match our tone and objectives.
- Repurpose content from Loom, Zoom, or live recordings into polished media.
- Optimize content for platform-specific formats and algorithms.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure unified creative output.
- Manage a content folder and meet weekly publishing deadlines.
KPIs & Performance Metrics
- Number of videos edited and delivered on schedule.
- Engagement metrics (views, likes, shares, watch time) across social platforms.
- Quality and consistency of branded visuals and storytelling.
- Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and iterate efficiently.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, or media production.
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong portfolio of short-form and long-form content.
- Basic understanding of hooks, pacing, and storytelling for social media and corporate video.
- Organized, self-driven, and deadline-focused.

The game that is being worked on has tens of millions of daily active users, and the work will entail creating new game modes, new UI screens, and new features.
