What You'll Do:

At LearnTube, we’re pushing the boundaries of Generative AI to revolutionize how the world learns. As a Backend Engineer, your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Ship Micro-services – Build FastAPI services that handle ≈ 800 req/s today and will triple within a year (sub-200 ms p95).
• Power Real-Time Learning – Drive the quiz-scoring & AI-tutor engines that crunch millions of events daily.
• Design for Scale & Safety – Model data (Postgres, Mongo, Redis, SQS) and craft modular, secure back-end components from scratch.
• Deploy Globally – Roll out Dockerised services behind NGINX on AWS (EC2, S3, SQS) and GCP (GKE) via Kubernetes.
• Automate Releases – GitLab CI/CD + blue-green / canary = multiple safe prod deploys each week.
• Own Reliability – Instrument with Prometheus / Grafana, chase 99.9 % uptime, trim infra spend.
• Expose Gen-AI at Scale – Publish LLM inference & vector-search endpoints in partnership with the AI team.
• Ship Fast, Learn Fast – Work with founders, PMs, and designers in weekly ship rooms; take a feature from Figma to prod in < 2 weeks.

What makes you a great fit?

Must-Haves:

• 2+ yrs Python back-end experience (FastAPI)
• Strong with Docker & container orchestration
• Hands-on with GitLab CI/CD, AWS (EC2, S3, SQS) or GCP (GKE / Compute) in production

A Day in the Life:

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand feature requirements.
• Review feature specifications and design detailed test cases.
• Perform manual tests on payment gateway systems, including transaction flows and API validations.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA and prioritize them for resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability after updates.
• Participate in team discussions to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document test results and prepare for upcoming sprint activities.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• 5 - 7 years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in payment gateways, fintech, or banking systems.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and encryption (TLS, AES, RSA). Familiarity with PCI-DSS, PSD2, GDPR, and AML/KYC processes.
• Proficiency in SQL for database validation (transaction logs, ledger entries).
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, Postman, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of blockchain-based payouts (optional but a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, settlements, and fraud detection. Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, PSD2, and other financial regulations.
2. Functional & Integration Testing: Validate API integrations with banks, PSPs (Payment Service Providers) and third-party vendors. Test transaction flows (success, failure, retries, timeouts) and edge cases.
3. Security & Compliance Testing: Perform penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and data encryption checks. Ensure PCI compliance and adherence to EMV, 3D Secure (3DS2), and SCA (Strong Customer Authentication).
4. Performance & Load Testing: Conduct stress testing to evaluate system behaviour under high transaction volumes (TPS - Transactions Per Second). Identify bottlenecks in authorization, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
5. Automation & Tools: Develop and maintain automated test scripts (using tools like Postman, Selenium, JMeter, or Karate). Work with CI/CD pipelines for regression testing.
6. Defect Management: Log, track, and prioritize bugs using JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and compliance teams for issue resolution.
7. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain test documentation, including test cases, test data, and audit logs. Provide QA metrics and test summary reports to stakeholders.

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our global automotive team. As Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for implementing features for critical application environments for industry leaders in the automotive industry. 

Responsibilities:

Frontend Development: Develop and maintain web applications using AngularJS, Angular 2+, Typescript, AG-Grid, ExtJS.

NodeJS + Express development .

UI/UX Implementation.

Testing & Code Quality: Write and execute unit tests using the Karma framework, ensuring robust and maintainable code. 

Requirements:

Job Description :

To guide and advise customers on building SOC-related services from scratch or assist in improving existing services. To assess the maturity and capability of services in scope and propose improvements. Closely working with other SOC teams, and assisting them in achieving their goals. To work closely with the rest of the Advisory team and exchange knowledge and experience.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-level strategy and executive advisory services.
• Lead client engagements in security advisory at the highest strategic level.
• Establish and align business principles and objectives to the long-term security operational vision by applying tactical guidance for various information security operating models.
• Perform SOC maturity assessments and build precise roadmaps based on the goals and objectives of the organization.
• Provide clients with guidance during the Initial Operating Capability (IOC) through full operational capability (FOC) covering key aspects of SOC domains such as business, process, governance, technology, people, and services.
• Create and build on the concept of operations (ConOps) in the pre-work stages that strategically prepare the client for the successful implementation of security technology and operations.
• Assist clients with recommendations in different advisory stages, such as creating security operations strategy (SOC Charter), developing training programs, assisting with use case framework implementation, developing standard operating procedures, and applying service/integrated frameworks.
• Possess the ability to identify the client&#39;s problems and use common consulting management skills such as facilitation, gap analysis, interviewing, and engaging in multiple workshops with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to define services and build technology strategies as part of the build, plan, and design phases of security operations.
• Perform as a subject matter expert (SME) in strategy conversations with C-level panels to provide exceptional IT/OT/Cloud/Physical security, compliance, regulations, and industry best practices that promote the overall mission and vision of the organization.
• Maintain a good understanding of security trends and methods for pinpointing cyber and physical security solutions that fit the client&#39;s business, financial, and technological objectives.
• Identify, build, and create cyber solutions to address security issues, perform security operations content reviews, draw conclusions, and develop strategic guidance.
• Assess and develop the current security operation effectiveness by reviewing operating procedures, workflows, policies, frameworks, and operational reporting.
• Consistently contribute towards industry-specific offerings/professional security forums/internal departmental blogs/publications/develop thought leadership.
• Contribute to the proposal process for SOC Advisory services while collaborating with other internal group members to solidify the sales pitch approach.

What you bring to the table

• 10+ years of extensive IT Security / IT Consultancy/client-facing roles related to SOC/Security operations projects (Cybersecurity Managers, IT Security Engineers, Security Analysts, Senior/Principal Security Analysts)
• Experience in SOC strategy, roadmap and documentation development, adapted to client organization (Services catalog, Security Incident Response management plan, playbooks)
• Possess the ability to support the vision and mission of any organization&#39;s security program.
• Retained proficiency in delivering high-quality and high-level strategic and advisory services.
• Possesses certifications related to enterprise information security frameworks and/or compliance, regulation-type frameworks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E/BTech and/or MBA
• At least 4 years of product management experience where you have played a significant role in the creation of new products or had end to end ownership of a product
• B2C product management experience, preferably in lending tech startups
• A strong technical background, enabling meaningful contribution to technically-driven features
• Previous development experience in some form is required
