Job Description: Sales Executive (Contractual)
About the Role
We are seeking driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Executive. This is a contractual role with unlimited earning potential based on performance. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our flagship Digital Marketing Course while consistently meeting monthly sales targets.
Every month, associates are required to achieve a minimum target of 10 sales. The more sales you make, the more you earn—making this an ideal role for motivated individuals looking for flexibility and high earnings.
Minimum 6 Months - 3 Year Experience Required.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation:
- Promote and sell the company's Digital Marketing Course to prospective customers.
- Achieve a monthly target of 10 sales (minimum). Exceeding this target will lead to higher earnings.
- Lead Communication:
- Engage and nurture leads to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Build rapport with potential customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets and demonstrate ownership of performance.
- Proactively identify and pursue additional sales opportunities.
- Reporting:
- Regularly update the HR Manager on sales performance, challenges, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales status.
Compensation & Benefits
There won't be any base salary, instead you will receive:
- Performance Incentive:
- ₹2,800 per sale for every successful enrollment.
- Consistent achievement of targets (10 sales/month) ensures ₹28,000 monthly earnings or more.
- Mobile Allowance:
- ₹500 per month to cover mobile communication expenses.
- Earning Potential:
- There is no cap on earnings. The more you sell, the more you earn!
Working Conditions
- Type: Contractual role (not on payroll).
- Work Mode: Remote, work-from-home with flexible working hours.
- Reporting: Directly to the HR Manager.
- Target: A minimum of 10 sales per month (every month).

- Ability to develop creative strategies and content that engage target audiences and drive results.
