
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through cold calling and emails.
- Follow up on data and leads developed by the sales team.
- Provide support to the marketing team by inviting prospective customers for promotional events.

About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Junior System/Cloud Engineer to help keep our cloud infrastructure and internal IT humming. You’ll work closely with a senior IT/Cloud Engineer across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud—provisioning VMs/EC2/Compute Engine instances, basic database setup, and day-to-day maintenance. What you’ll do
Cloud provisioning & operations (multi-cloud)
· Create, configure, and maintain virtual machines and related resources in Azure, AWS (EC2), and Google Compute Engine (networks, security groups/firewalls, storage, OS patching and routine maintenance/backups).
· Assist with database setup (managed services or VM-hosted), backups, and access controls under guidance from senior engineers.
· Implement tagging, least-privilege IAM, and routine patching for compliance and cost hygiene.
Tooling installation & maintenance
· Install, configure, upgrade, and monitor tools/softwares required like Elasticsearch and Tableau server and any other and manage service lifecycle (systemd/Windows service), security basics, and health checks.
· Document installation steps, configurations, and runbooks.
Monitoring & incident support
· Set up basic monitoring/alerts using cloud-native tools and logs.
· End-user & endpoint support (as needed)
· Provide first-line support for laptops/desktops (Windows/macOS), peripherals, conferencing, VPN, and common apps; escalate when appropriate.
· Assist with device setup, imaging, patching, and inventory; keep tickets and resolutions well documented.
What you’ll bring
· Experience: 1–3 years in DevOps/System Admin/IT Ops with exposure to at least one major cloud (primarily Azure, good to have skills on AWS, or GCP); eagerness to work across all three.
Core skills:
· Linux and Windows server admin basics (users, services, networking, storage).
· VM provisioning and troubleshooting in Azure, AWS EC2, or GCE; understanding of security groups/firewalls, SSH/RDP, and snapshots/images.
· Installation/maintenance of team tools (ex: Elasticsearch, Tableau Server etc).
· Scripting (Bash and/or PowerShell); Git fundamentals; comfort with ticketing systems.
· Clear documentation and communication habits.
Nice to have:
· Terraform or ARM/CloudFormation basics; container fundamentals (Docker).
· Monitoring/logging familiarity (Elastic/Azure Monitor).
