
Job Description:
- Meeting with corporate /institutional customers and assessing their insurance requirements, capture key demographics and present them with viable proposals.
- Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company
- Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.
- Achieve revenue targets
- Ensure client Acquisition and help in increasing the revenue for the company with new business and cross sell opportunities
- Prepare client Road Map for the Upcoming corporate Renewal in the General Insurance Business
- Interacting with client to gather the required set of information to offer best insurance program to corporate
- Understanding the business process of the client and suggesting the proper insurance policies along with value added cover
- Handling corporate client in direct channel /Agency channel for General Insurance.
- Report daily MIS and tracking of targets & personal meeting with clients. He/she shall keep up breast of the latest developments & report to the Products/
- Quotes team of the upcoming client requirements to innovate the
product/service mix
- Ensure end-to end single point service for the customer, to win and maintain his trust
- Maintain effective documentation of the leads generated and customers acquired/ serviced and share MIS To regularly enter data in the software for capturing leads, customer contacted, servicing done, etc.
- Maintain MIS on key performance indicators

- Relevant Experience in SME insurance product
- Strong track record in direct/agency channel sales
