- Handling corporate client in direct channel /Agency channel for General Insurance.
- Report daily MIS and tracking of targets & personal meeting with clients. He/she shall keep up breast of the latest developments & report to the Products/
- Quotes team of the upcoming client requirements to innovate the
product/service mix
- Ensure end-to end single point service for the customer, to win and maintain his trust
- Maintain effective documentation of the leads generated and customers acquired/ serviced and share MIS To regularly enter data in the software for capturing leads, customer contacted, servicing done, etc.

Must Haves
3–5 years of professional engineering experience with production systems you've owned end-to-end.
Active user of AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity, or similar).
Demonstrated system design ability — you've made architectural decisions and can evaluate trade-offs.
Good exposure to cloud platforms and deployments.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools — you can track down issues and identify bottlenecks.
