The Role
We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of our core AI-powered analytics platform. In this role, you will sit at the unique intersection of Oncology, Data Science, and Financial Innovation. You will be responsible for leading the integration of diverse, granular clinical data—including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and RWE—into a scalable product suite that improves patient outcomes and affordability.
Your challenge will be to translate complex machine learning models into actionable, intuitive tools that clinicians and pharmaceutical partners can use to solve the world’s toughest healthcare challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the roadmap for our AI analytics engine, ensuring alignment with our mission to expand access to precision medicine in emerging and established markets.
- Data Integration & Scaling: Lead the ingestion and harmonization of large-scale, heterogeneous datasets (EHR, genomic, and longitudinal patient records) to build a robust foundation for real-world insights.
- ML Translation: Work closely with our Data Science team to turn predictive models (e.g., survival analysis, treatment response) into user-facing products that drive clinical and commercial decision-making.
- Patient Access Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and scale "Value-Based" products, such as outcome-based drug warranties and bridge financing solutions for high-cost therapies like Immunotherapy and CAR-T.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams (Engineering/DS) and external stakeholders (Pharma companies, Oncology clinics, and Payer networks) to ensure product-market fit.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all products adhere to global healthcare regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) and maintain the highest levels of data privacy and ethical standards.
- Go-to-Market: Define key success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on real-world feedback from healthcare providers and life science partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years specifically focused on healthcare data products, RWE, or clinical informatics.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Oncology landscape and the nuances of EHR data, clinical trial recruitment, and the pharmaceutical drug development lifecycle.
- Technical Literacy: Proven ability to work with Data Scientists and Engineers. You should be comfortable discussing SQL, Python-based ML workflows, and cloud data architecture (Azure/AWS).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare compliance, data privacy laws, and the evolving regulatory landscape for AI in medicine.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong competency in quantitative analysis; experience using data to tell a story and justify product decisions.
