About the role

We are building an operational decision product for a multi-site industrial network — recycling yards, reconditioning shops, inventory, freight, and scrap pricing.

The people who run that network today value inbound material, choose where to cut it, move recovered components to shops, and decide whether to sell or hold scrap. Those calls are made in spreadsheets, on different clocks, with incomplete numbers. We are replacing the spreadsheet with ranked options in dollars, and a clear reason for each ranking.

Source data is already in Snowflake. This role owns the gold layer

everything else depends on: valuation, forecasts, and a finance-facing measure of whether the recommendations paid off. If the grain is wrong, the recommendation is wrong.

What you’ll do

• Design and ship the Snowflake gold layer for the decisions above: on-hand inventory by grade and site, receipts and shipments, realised vs index prices, facility master, freight by lane, shop cost, demand and monthly commitments, and a log of recommendations accepted or overridden.
• Turn raw ERP and shop-floor extracts into tables with an explicit grain (lot, load, site × grade × month — not “whatever the source table was”).
• Build production incremental models in Snowflake (dbt or equivalent) across dev, test, and prod, with tests on uniqueness, grain, and freshness.
• Reconcile data that does not share a clean key across systems — inventory on one side, shop outcomes on the other — and document what can and cannot be joined.
• Surface missing or weak inputs (freight, capacity, operating cost) as labelled gaps. Do not drop a dimension to make a pipeline look complete.
• Work with yard ops, shop ops, and finance so a number in the product can be traced back to a source row and survive a challenge.
• Publish data contracts for downstream forecasting and for an auditable value ledger (recommendation vs what would have happened anyway).

What we’re looking for

This is a zero-to-one platform role. Today the AWS cost, service health visibility, and their release process are owned in pieces by engineers who are also shipping product. You will own all three end to end, as the first dedicated platform hire, with meaningful early-stage equity upside.

What you'll do 

• Own AWS cost. Build real visibility into where our cloud spend goes, then drive it down. Put guardrails and anomaly alerting in place so cost regressions get caught in days, not at the end of the month. 
• Build service health visibility. Define and instrument the metrics that tell us whether the platform is healthy. Build the dashboards, set the SLOs, and wire up alerting that pages on real problems and stays quiet otherwise. 
• Own the release process. Design and implement how code gets from a pull request to production, including staged rollouts, rollback, release approvals, and change management that satisfies our enterprise customers and our ISO 27001 obligations without slowing engineers down. 
• Improve stability. Run infrastructure as code, tighten our incident response and on-call practices, and drive postmortems to actual fixes.

This is a chance to get in early on something that's scaling fast, and to get years of experience compressed into months because of it. Instead of managing a slice of an established machine, you'll be sitting across from senior engineering leaders as a peer, designing the drills that decide whether a team holds together the day it actually matters, and watching people get visibly better at their jobs because of something you built. That kind of exposure and ownership doesn't exist at a big firm where you're twenty layers from the outcome. The role

We're hiring a Customer Success Engineer to be the backbone of our customer relationships. You'll work directly with customers, using our innovative platform to teach them to become elite, world class incident responders.

This is a role built around seeing people get better every day. You'll be part of a brand new, innovative method of teaching incident response skills, and you'll help people so that when an incident actually happens, they don't panic. They stay effective and make a meaningful impact, both for themselves and for their organisation. You'll also have a direct line into shaping and improving the product itself through what you see and learn in the field.

What you'll do

• Work hands on with customers running simulations, coaching and teaching them so their teams get better at incident response. Being a great coach is non negotiable here, and we want people who genuinely enjoy helping others improve.
• Take full ownership of customer outcomes. Proactively spot risk, gaps and opportunities rather than waiting to be asked, and drive them to resolution without needing to be chased.
• Partner with product to design and refine drill simulations, working closely with customers to get feedback and make sure every simulation is genuinely impactful.
• Work at startup pace. Partner cross functionally with sales, product and engineering, feed customer insight back into the roadmap, and help us grow rapidly as a company.
• Be comfortable learning resiliency engineering, cognitive systems design and other best practices as we develop them, and bring that learning back into how we teach and build.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of hands on incident response experience as an SRE, on call engineer or first responder. You've been paged at 3am, run an incident bridge and written the postmortem. This isn't theoretical.
• Exceptional communication range. Equally comfortable presenting incident maturity findings to a senior exec and getting into the technical weeds with a mid level engineer. You adjust altitude naturally without dumbing anything down.
• A genuine growth mindset. You're excited to learn resiliency engineering and cognitive systems design style thinking, and you want to get hands on building better drills and incidents, even if you haven't done it before.
• Extreme ownership. You don't wait for instructions. You spot the problem, take the initiative and see it through.
• Genuine excitement to work at a fast growing startup. Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and wearing multiple hats as we scale.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer with 3–5 years of experience to lead the visual identity and creative execution of our brand across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked with a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand, owning everything from brand identity and marketing campaigns to social media creatives and digital assets.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Content, and Growth teams to build a consistent and engaging brand presence across customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end visual branding for the company across digital and offline channels.
• Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, performance ads, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communication and touchpoints.
• Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with Content, Growth, and Product teams to create engaging visual storytelling.
• Design marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, banners, packaging, event creatives, and promotional materials.
• Create illustrations, icons, and custom graphic assets where required.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and reusable creative assets.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and emerging creative best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Visual Designer or Graphic Designer.
• Prior experience working with a D2C or consumer brand, owning end-to-end branding and creative execution.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media campaigns, marketing creatives, and digital design work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to work across multiple campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience creating creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
• Motion graphics or animation skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience with packaging design, merchandising, or print collateral.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and short-form content creation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth consumer brand.
