We are looking for a driven and analytical Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and continuous improvement of our digital products. The candidate will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and business teams to translate customer and business needs into successful product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and analyze customer, market, and business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and maintain the product backlog.
• Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate product launches and feature releases.
• Track product performance using relevant KPIs and analytics.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the product.
• Identify usability issues and recommend product enhancements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning and reviews.
• Ensure product initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Run and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Improve website ranking using SEO strategies
• Create engaging content (posts, banners, email campaigns)
• Analyze campaign performance and generate reports
• Collaborate with hiring support and sales teams

Required Skills

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Basic content writing and copywriting skills
• Creativity and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in education or study abroad industry (plus)
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Experience with React / Node.js / Django / Laravel
• Understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Basic understanding of REST APIs
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

1–3 years of experience in software development

Experience working in a startup environment

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
