Position Overview
We are looking for a Product Management Associate to support our product team in researching customer needs, analyzing market trends, documenting product requirements, and supporting the development and improvement of technology products.
This is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates interested in product management, technology, business analysis, and customer-centric problem solving.
You will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and other business teams to understand problems, identify opportunities, and support product initiatives from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends and product opportunities
- Research customer needs, pain points, and use cases
- Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements
- Support the preparation of product requirement documents, user stories, feature specifications, and process documentation
- Work with product managers and engineering teams to track product features and enhancements
- Assist in maintaining product roadmaps, feature trackers, and product documentation
- Analyze customer and product feedback to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements
- MBA/PGDM, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
