Product Manager - Cold Email Products at Salesforge Ā· Remote only Ā· 3 - 15 years Ā· Raised funding Ā· Remote only Ā· Posted 12 Oct 2026
Salesforge builds cold email infrastructure that gives senders the domains, mailboxes, dedicated IPs and warmup they need to land in the inbox. We're hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap for our cold email products.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for our cold email products, from discovery to launch
- Talk to customers, support and sales regularly to understand sending pain points and turn them into clear priorities
- Write specs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and work daily with backend, frontend, QA and design to ship them
- Run planning and track delivery in Jira, keeping scope, deadlines and trade-offs visible
- Translate deliverability problems (inbox placement, reputation, DNS and authentication setup, warmup) into product improvements
- Define success metrics for each product and follow them after launch
- Keep an eye on the cold email market and competitors, and bring that into product decisions
What we're looking for
- 3+ years as a Product Manager in a SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with cold email and deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain and mailbox setup, warmup, sender reputation (must have)
- Technical enough to work closely with infrastructure engineers and challenge solutions
- Strong written communication: clear specs, crisp updates, no fluff
- Comfortable with Agile delivery and Jira

Nice to have

- Background running outbound campaigns yourself
- Familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 mailbox administration
Why join
- Fully remote, with at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+3

About Salesforge
About
Salesforge is building the operating system for modern outbound sales.
Instead of companies stitching together dozens of disconnected tools for prospecting, email infrastructure, deliverability, outreach, LinkedIn, AI and reply management, we're building the entire stack ourselves ā as one connected ecosystem.
The Forge Stack covers the complete journey from identifying a potential customer to booking a meeting:
Leadsforge is our AI-powered prospecting engine, searching across hundreds of millions of contacts to discover, enrich and qualify the right people and companies.
Mailforge provides distributed email infrastructure at scale, while Infraforge gives sophisticated senders their own private infrastructure and dedicated IPs.
Primeforge provisions and manages Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes at scale.
Warmforge is our deliverability layer ā warming mailboxes, monitoring sender reputation, testing inbox placement and helping keep outbound infrastructure healthy.
Salesforge is the command center where everything comes together. Teams build sophisticated multichannel sequences across email and LinkedIn, personalize outreach with AI, manage thousands of senders, handle conversations and turn replies into pipeline.
And on top of the entire stack sits Agent Frank, our autonomous AI SDR. Frank can find prospects, research them, create personalized outreach, follow up, manage conversations and work toward booking meetings ā using the infrastructure and products underneath him.
We're not building another SaaS dashboard.
We're building a deeply interconnected system spanning large-scale email infrastructure, distributed systems, data enrichment, search, deliverability, automation, multichannel communication and autonomous AI agents.
For engineers, that means working on problems where software interacts with millions of real-world entities, external providers and constantly changing systems ā and where reliability, scale and speed actually matter.
If you want to build products where AI meets serious infrastructure, and see what you build used directly to generate revenue for companies around the world, Salesforge is a pretty exciting place to do it.

Product Manager / Associate Product Manager
Turn messy real-world problems into simple products.
AbleCredit builds software for complex enterprise workflows where AI, APIs, business rules, human decisions, and real-world operations have to work together reliably. We care about building products that work in production - not just in demos. Our customers don't arrive with clean product requirements. They have operational problems involving people, policies, existing systems, edge cases, and workflows built over years. Product at AbleCredit means understanding that complexity deeply and turning it into reusable, simple product capabilities.
What You'll Own?
⢠Spend time with customers and internal teams to understand workflows, constraints, and the real problem behind requests.
⢠Translate ambiguous operational problems into clear product requirements, user journeys, and measurable outcomes.
⢠Work closely with engineering and design from discovery through rollout rather than handing off specifications.
⢠Prioritize based on customer impact, product strategy, effort, risk, and reuse across customers.
⢠Define success metrics and evaluate whether shipped products actually improve the workflow.
⢠Own launches, feedback loops, adoption, and iteration after release.
⢠Identify patterns across customer requests and turn them into reusable platform capabilities instead of one-off customizations.
⢠Maintain clarity on what we are building, why we are building it, and what we deliberately are not building.
What We're Looking For?
⢠1-5 years of product, engineering, analytics, consulting, operations, or adjacent experience; level will be calibrated to experience.
⢠Strong problem decomposition and structured thinking.
⢠Ability to understand technical systems, APIs, data flows, and constraints well enough to work deeply with engineers.
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication.
⢠Comfort speaking with customers and asking detailed questions until the underlying workflow is understood.
⢠Bias toward evidence, prototypes, and shipped outcomes rather than process for its own sake.
⢠Ability to operate with ambiguity and make sensible trade-offs.
Nice to Have
⢠Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, workflow products, fintech, or AI-assisted products.
⢠Technical background or prior engineering experience.
⢠Experience working with APIs, integrations, analytics, or operational products.
⢠Experience taking a product from discovery through adoption.
How Product Works Here?
Product managers are expected to understand the problem deeply, not act as ticket routers. The best solution may be a new feature, a platform primitive, a workflow change, an API, or deciding not to build something. Success is measured by customer and product outcomes, not PRD volume.

Product Manager ā AI/GenAI
Our AI platform that lets people ask questions of their enterprise data in naturalĀ language and get trustworthy answers. The hard part isn't the model ā it's the fitĀ between what the product can genuinely do and what customers actually need, overĀ data that is never as clean as anyone hopes. We're hiring a Product Manager to own thatĀ fit: to do the detailed thinking on customer pain, competitive landscape, and where theĀ technology is going, and to turn it into a sharp, defensible product proposition andĀ roadmap. You'll work closely with the CTO (who currently carries this thinking) andĀ become the person who owns the depth beneath it.
What you'll own
⢠Proposition & positioning. Take fuzzy capability and turn it into a clear, honest, defensible articulation of what Jiva is, who it's for, and why it wins. Kill the gap between what's sold and what's deliverable.
⢠Customer intelligence (within the current structure). Sales and Delivery ownĀ the customer relationship today; you build the customer picture through them āmining PoC post-mortems, win/loss, readiness audits, sales-call notes, andĀ Delivery's ground truth. Extract real jobs-to-be-done, separate stated wants fromĀ underlying pain, and bring a synthesized customer voice into the room. OverĀ time, earn a path to direct customer contact ā but you'll start by getting moreĀ
out of the signal the field teams already carry than anyone does today.
⢠Competitive & technology intelligence. Track the space ā RAG, text-to-SQL,Ā tabular/relational foundation models, agentic systems, the commercial playersĀ ā and synthesize it into product direction. Know what's real and what'sĀ marketing.
⢠Requirements & roadmap. Translate the above into crisp requirements and a prioritized roadmap, in partnership with Engineering. Make the trade-offs explicit.
⢠Sales & Delivery enablement. Own the "what we can honestly promise" story so field teams stop overselling and start qualifying. You are the source of truth on capability boundaries.
Must-haves
⢠5+ years in B2B / enterprise product management, ideally on data, analytics, AI/ML, or platform products.
⢠Demonstrated ability to frame a proposition ā you can show us a product orĀ feature where you turned raw capability into a positioning that won customers.Ā Portfolio evidence, not a claim.
⢠Technical fluency in AI/data. You understand RAG, LLMs, text-to-SQL, and data quality well enough to judge feasibility vs. hype and to earn engineers' respect. You don't need to code; you need to reason.
⢠Customer discovery skill ā and the resourcefulness to apply itĀ
indirectly. You've run structured discovery and can distinguish what customersĀ say from what they need. Just as important here: you can extract sharp customerĀ insight secondhand ā through sales and delivery teams, deal histories,Ā
and product usage ā because you won't have direct customer access on dayĀ one.
⢠Evidence-driven and structured. You validate before you evangelize. StrongĀ written thinker ā you can put a proposition on one page and defend it.
Nice-to-have
⢠Exposure to NLāSQL, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, or enterprise dataĀ governance.
⢠0-to-1 or turnaround experience ā comfort building the function, not justĀ running it.
⢠Experience selling into or building for regulated / data-sensitive enterprises
