Product Manager B2B SaaS (Ex-Sprinklr)

Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Recruitment & Onboarding – Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing new hire onboarding.

2️⃣ Employee Engagement – Organizing team activities, feedback sessions, and HR initiatives.

3️⃣ Payroll & Compliance – Managing salary processing, attendance, and statutory compliance.

4️⃣ Performance Management – Assisting in appraisals, goal setting, and feedback collection.

5️⃣ HR Policies & Documentation – Maintaining employee records, drafting policies, and handling grievances.

6️⃣ Training & Development – Coordinating learning programs and skill development sessions.

7️⃣ Exit Process Management – Handling resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Should have 7+ years of overall engineering experience.

Should have minimum 2 years of experince in a leadership role.

Hands-on experience leading web and mobile product development

Strong expertise in web technologies (React, Node.js) and mobile platforms (Flutter / iOS / Android)

Proven experience owning end-to-end product delivery (development, deployment, maintenance)

Experience with agile execution — sprint planning, delivery tracking, release management

Deep understanding of code quality, testing, security, scalability, and best practices

Active involvement in code reviews and design reviews

Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

1. Technical Understanding (IoT Basics)

• Knowledge of IoT architecture: sensors, connectivity, data processing.
• Familiarity with terms like MQTT, edge computing, protocols (e.g., Zigbee, LoRaWAN).
• Awareness of real-world IoT use cases (smart homes, industry 4.0, healthcare, logistics, etc.).

2. Research Skills

• Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand content.
• Staying updated with latest trends, regulations, and innovations (5G, AI in IoT, cybersecurity).

3. Content Writing Skills

• Clear, structured writing that’s accessible to non-engineers.
• Persuasive storytelling around real-life problems IoT solves.
• Creating how-to guides, use case studies, explainer blogs, and product comparisons.

4. SEO & Digital Writing

• Keyword research: "IoT trends 2025", "best IoT devices", etc.
• Meta title, description, internal/external linking.
• Use of visuals: diagrams, infographics, or product screenshots.

5. Audience Adaptation

• Can write for diverse audiences: B2B tech leaders, developers, or everyday consumers.
• Adjusts tone (educational, persuasive, technical) based on the goal

            Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.

            Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

            Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

            Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

            Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

            Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc. leading to joining post placement.

            Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

            Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

            Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

            Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

Around 4 years of experience in creating and implementing Web-based applications using

C#, ASP.net, Web API, MVC, Micro Services, JavaScript and SQL Server.

Familiarity or exposure to CI / CD, Dev Ops such as Dockers, containers, Azure, Pipeline is

highly recommended

Ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced environment, and learn rapidly.

Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.

Familiar with object-oriented development, design patterns and specifically in .NET

Framework (C#) with a strong background in web-based development and service-oriented

Architecture.

Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON.

Writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

Must have knowledge of project/task management tools like Jira,

Familiarity with Version Control like Bitbucket, Git etc.

Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility and web standards.

Build features and applications with responsive design

Good English communication skills, written and spoken.

Able to work with minimum supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet

Deadlines.
