Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the final product aligns with the client’s business needs and objectives.
2. Implement industry best practices for defining project Sprints, goals, and deliverables, continuously enhancing them.
3. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress using Jira.
4. Ensure timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and stakeholders.
6. Manage resource allocation and availability.
7. Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and methods, communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
8. Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring project objectives are met.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
10. Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
2. 4 - 6 years of experience as a project manager/business analyst in software development,
3. Strong experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. Experience with project management and business analysis tools like JIRA / Asana.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (particularly Scrum), and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, including the US.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Planning & Development:
• Assist in defining and prioritizing product roadmaps based on market research, customer feedback, and strategic business objectives.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into well-defined user stories and feature specifications.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined and prioritized.
• Project Management & Execution:
• Manage product development sprints using Scrum methodology.
• Track progress in Jira, ensuring timely updates, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Clearly communicate project status, dependencies, and roadblocks to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other necessary Scrum ceremonies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Work effectively across time zones to coordinate with US-based team members.
• Data Analysis:
• Assist in gathering and analyzing product-related metrics to inform decision-making.
• Monitor product performance, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in a product-related role (e.g., product management, project management, business analysis).
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Proven experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across time zones, including coordinating with teams in the US.

Preferred:

• Experience in a tech or software development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing projects to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget, and scope. Their duties include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders, and executing each step of the project for our proprietary product, with some of the World’s biggest brands across the BFSI domain. The role is cross-functional and requires the individual to own and push through projects that touch upon business, operations, technology, marketing, and client experience. 

• 5-7 years of experience in technical project management.

• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition is mandatory.

• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the project/product lifecycle.

• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Prior experience in Fintech, Blockchain, and/or BFSI domain will be an added advantage.

Skills required :

• Strong familiarity with product development, user flows and UI experience.

• Excellent Project Management skills and experience working in Agile fashion

• Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills over performance matrices such as engagement, retention, conversion funnel, etc.
