Here’s what we’re looking for:

• You have 2+ years* of experience using two or more development languages (Java, JavaScript, Ruby, C#, etc.) with experience in Object-Oriented programming
• You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot (and improve) bad code
• You’re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
• You have experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.

Role Description:

As a Lead Backend Engineer , you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems for Radiusagent. Experience as a Tech Lead, managing tasks with back-end engineers while coding themselves will be a bonus point for the ideal candidate.

The ideal candidate must have at least "3” years of active and recent experience with coding in Java to automate and as well as executing those scripts in an effort to test the functionality. Must be comfortable as a consultant, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
