Job Overview:
As a Product Manager at Dhwani Rural Information Systems, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of IT software products that support the social and development sector. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, leading the cross-functional development team, conducting market research and competitive analysis, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working with stakeholders to ensure the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Building, implementing and managing software.
• Responsible for managing the product development process from concept to end life.
• Analyse user needs and market trends to define a roadmap for existing and new products.
• Identify and implement new technologies to gain a competitive advantage.
• Set the long-term vision and strategy for the company's products.
• Communicate and evangelize product vision and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Define and communicate product goals and own the results.
• Oversee the product line’s life cycle and anticipate any problems.
• Identify user and stakeholder needs and develop a product plan to address them.
• Conduct customer research and analysis to understand customer behaviour and needs.
• Implement quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Prioritize features and tasks using internal tools and regularly track and review the product direction.
• Gather product requirements and document them for development projects.
• Manage collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure efficient work.
• Participate in product-level discussions, ideation, and documentation.
• Provide solutions in existing projects to the respective teams.
• Filter first-level field issues.
• Participate in feasibility discussions.
• Stay in sync with the product/project team members.
• Gather requirements and write use cases or user stories.
• Ensure test cases are in place with the QA team before the next sprint.

Key job responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Issues
- When technical issues with the product arise, production support engineers must act quickly to analyze the available data and find the root cause of the problem. They may then develop a solution themselves or pass the problem on to other engineering team members, all the while providing users with progress updates.
- Contribute to Product Development
- Production support engineers participate in all stages of the product development process, including designing, building, and testing. They also create useful tools such as internal software to automate key processes or platforms where customers can send inquiries and reviews.
- Assist Users
- This role entails interacting with product users, often external customers but sometimes also employees. These interactions can occur in various setups, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and live messaging chats. In all of these cases, it’s vital to address concerns promptly and maintain a helpful attitude.
- Prepare Technical Documentation
- Production support engineers prepare extensive documentation when logging product issues, as they must note all details, including their observations, diagnoses, and action steps. Other common tasks include weekly reports summarizing production performance, release notes for upgrades, and troubleshooting guides.
- Suggest Improvements
- Because production support engineers deal with product issues first-hand, they can readily suggest overall product improvements, such as features that customers want. Ideally, they should also proactively evaluate engineering processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency

- 1-5 years of relevant experience.

Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Business Development Executive will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, and in person. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.
Job Duties:
- Coldcall prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales
approaches
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Ensure followup by passing leads to appropriate team members with callstoaction, dates,
complete profile information, sources, etc.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales

upsell.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.

education and experience.
- Five years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity.

- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, precall planning, call control, account
development, and time management.
