Responsibilities

🎨 Design & Branding – Create high-quality graphic assets, illustrations, and branding elements for digital platforms.

🖌️ Motion & Character Design – Develop engaging character designs, motion graphics, and animations for UI interactions, marketing, and social media using After Effects, Blender, or similar tools.

📱 UI/UX & Prototyping – Assist in designing web and mobile experiences, including wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys, while maintaining a consistent design system. Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and user engagement.

🤝 Collaboration – Work closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to ensure seamless design-to-development workflows.

🚀 Trends & Innovation – Stay updated with UX trends, typography, color theory, and AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows.

💡 Creativity & Ideation – Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh ideas, and refine designs based on feedback

Requirements:

🎓 Education – Any degree in graphic or motion design (Mandatory).

🖍️ Graphic Design Tools – Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools (Mandatory).

🎞️ Motion Graphics Tools – Experience with After Effects, Blender, or similar tools (Mandatory).

📐 Branding & Aesthetics – Strong knowledge of branding, typography, and color theory.

🎭 Character & Motion Design – Ability to create character designs, animations, and motion graphics for digital platforms.

📲 UI/UX & Prototyping – Understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, and prototyping. Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools is a plus.

Data Collection and Preprocessing:

• Gather and clean data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, web scraping).
• Perform data validation and ensure data quality.
• Transform and prepare data for analysis and modeling.

Data Analysis and Modeling:

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop and implement machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
• Evaluate model performance and optimize for accuracy and efficiency.
• Apply statistical techniques and algorithms to solve business problems.

Data Visualization and Reporting:

• Create compelling visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Business, Engineering, etc.)
• 5+ years experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a similar industry.
• Prior Experience in a Lead role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with quality management software and tools.

Job description 

• Provide expertise in Dynamics AX Finance functions.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics AX application and evaluates the customers business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
• Taking ownership of the design of bespoke AX solutions, which may include complex integrations or significant module changes or even designing a new module Acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed
• Effectively managing large work streams to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule and remain within the approved budget
• Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed
• Delivering end user training
• Prepare our Managed Services team for the transition to support
• When necessary, collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future state business processes.
• Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with functional/technical consultants and client/end-users.
• Supports the Microsoft Dynamics AX application to achieve the customers business requirements.
• Facilitate the customers decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application).
• Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics AX application.

Required Candidate profile 

8+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX, with a focus on either: Finance / T&L /E Commerce/ 

 
5+ years of experience developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX enhancements and integrations with atleast 2 full lifecycle implementations. 

 
6+ years of experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of AX solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology
