The Senior IT Applications Quality Assurance (QA) will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of complex IT applications for the organization. You will use our live products the way a real customer would, every day, and make sure that nothing broken, confusing or inconsistent goes unnoticed.

What you'll do

- Every day, go through our live products as a new customer would: sign up with a real email address, check that the emails arrive, use the core features, pay, cancel and ask for help. Do this on your phone and on a computer.

- Test new products and significant changes before and after they go live.

- Report what you find clearly:

- the steps to reproduce it

- what actually happened

- a screenshot or screen recording

- how much it matters to a customer

- Re-test every fix, and mark it done only when it really works.
