About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure that requirements are gathered, analyzed, and implemented in alignment with the company’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather business and technical requirements.

- Provide post-implementation support and address any issues that arise after system go-live.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the business stakeholders and the IT team.

- Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support:
- Assist in pre-sales activities by evaluating client requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and providing solutions.

Your Role
Manage: As a leadership position, this requires long term strategic thinking. You will be in charge of daily operations of the data team. This would include running team standups, planning the execution of data generation and ensuring the algorithms are put in production.
