As an Engineering & Scrum Lead, you will be leading a technology team to build a highly scalable and extensible platform that provides the foundation for collecting, storing, modelling, and analysing massive IoT data sets from multiple channels. This position thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development. You should have the ability to partner with team members who have great technical depth & analytical ability to deliver customer success.

Desired Skillset:
- 8-12 years track record of relevant work experience
- Dynamic leader who has directly managed team of highly competent developers & analysts in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience of working with agile methodologies using tools like Jira/ Zoho Sprints
- Experience in conducting and leading daily Scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions
- Ability to roll up sleeves when required (for design, development, debugging, testing, support etc.)
