Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to staff members involved in accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate with clients to set up and customize QuickBooks according to their specific needs and industry requirements.
• A high level of experience with Microsoft Office, Shared Drives, and other soft tool packages.
• Oversee and manage financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting in QuickBooks for multiple clients.
• Provide comprehensive accounting and financial advisory services to clients, leveraging QuickBooks expertise.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, and other financial reports.
• Demonstrate initiative, vision, creativity, and independent thinking
• Identify and resolve potential and/or existing problems with appropriate research and consulting the US engagement team, if necessary.
• Will act as a liaison between US offices and the India team
• Manage multiple clients/projects at any given time
• Work closely with management and alert them of any issues, constraints, challenges, etc. that may arise during work
• Willing to travel overseas to cater to the business needs of the company

Skills and Requirements:

• Manage the smooth onboarding for our newly hired clients.
• Handling client escalations and supporting the team with verbal and written client communications.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Client handling
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• To create a positive work atmosphere, provide team members with training and coaching.
• Manage and supervise human availability by day-to-day operations demands.
• Hold one-on-one meetings with each team member once a month to discuss their workflow.

We are looking for a Prestashop/Full Stack Software Developer to be our primary source of development for our Prestashop-based e-commerce website. In addition to connecting external sources to our website using APIs, this role ensures all requirements and functionalities are met.

As part of the role, you will need proficient knowledge of PHP, .NET, SQL, and other web-based design/development techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
● Build the (under construction) PrestaShop site according to the requirements and mockups
provided.
● Customize e-commerce sites using CMS, HTML, and other technologies to suit.
● Build APIs to connect external platforms to PrestaShop's e-commerce platform.
● On the website, manage product lines using MySQL/SQL.
● Create virtual copies of data pulled from the server using AJAX/JSON.
● Scrape data from numerous websites to extract, transform and reuse the information.
● Develop client-based or web-based tools to automate or improve business processes.

Here's what we're looking for
● About 3-5 years of working experience building e-commerce websites in PrestaShop.
● A diploma, degree, or background in IT, engineering, or similar is preferred.
● Experience working and designing layouts with PrestaShop's Smarty templates.
● Solid PHP programming skills for backend development and troubleshooting.
● Must know how to efficiently code in ASP.Net, HTML, Javascript, CSS, jQuery

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for bringing the platform to the next level and ensuring the stability of the core platform. S/he will report directly to our GM and will have the opportunity to participate in the next phase of growth at Delishop, developing the platform and adapting it to meet the needs of new verticals. S/he will have flexibility and responsibilities from day one with expectations to contribute to the growth of the company by bringing new ideas and solutions to the table.

Duties:

• Coordinate project work with junior staff under the supervision of the GM.
• Act as a technical lead to the junior staff
• Lead production troubleshooting.
• Participate in the ideation of how to optimise the platform.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of working experience in development.
• Very good knowledge of ReactJS including workflows (eg: redux)
• Good knowledge of the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP).
• Experience creating and using APIs (REST)
• Solid experience with ExpressJS/lambda and other backend technologies
• Understand of token and authentication mechanisms (eg: JWT)
• Experience with AWS, Command line tools and Auto-Scaling Environments.
• Comfortable with GIT (CLI), including branching and merging.
