Overview

We’re seeking a proactive Presales Consultant to generate leads, engage clients, and create opportunities for our sales team. This role involves securing positive client responses and setting up second meetings with senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through calls, emails, and digital platforms.

· Client Engagement: Build interest by effectively presenting our offerings.

· Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up meetings for senior team members.

· Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and management teams for smooth transitions.

· Reporting: Track lead interactions and report progress.

Qualifications

· 1-2 years in Banking, Finance, Real Estate, or Insurance

· Strong communication and basic sales skills

· Proactive and self-motivated with CRM proficiency

Requirements:

- Need strong expertise in Kubernetes and ELK

- experience in implementation/migration to Elastic on Kubernetes.

- Experience in working in large enterprise and working with various stakeholders in DataCenter, Network

Responsibilities

- Set up ECK Cluster, upgrade ECK operator

- Migrate existing projects (100+) from ELK to ECK

- Build automation in moving projects from ELK to ECK

- Perform regression testing and close any technical opens, TCM

- Define processes for new business landing

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS.

·       Able to generate LLD documents.

·       Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects.

·       Unit Test and following the coding standards.

·        

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

·       5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5

·       Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

·       Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful webservices implementation.

·       NodeJS experience is value add

·       Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

·       Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

·       One who is proactive and come forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated self-starter. 

·       Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

Required Qualifications –

• Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent from recognized institute/s.

Desired Skills –

• Practical knowledge of software development lifecycles, including specification, documentation, and quality assurance
• About 2 – 4 years of experience in software design, planning, and development
• Knowledge of Java and strong object-oriented development
• Experience in hands-on Selenium automation test case development
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile application development is preferred
• Knowledge of Ant, JUnit, and Appium Mobile Application Automation framework is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with software development tools such as Jenkins, bitbucket, etc
• Great attention to detail
• Work well in a tightly integrated development team
• Good communication & presentation skills

In this role, you will participate in all phases of a product - Discover, Design, Test, Build and Measure. 

• It is a hybrid role of 60-70% UX and 40-30% UI design focus. 
• You will be liaising with the following teams - Brand, Copy, Product development and Marketing to ensure cohesiveness.
• You will need to understand and produce design assets for a responsive website.
• You will need to coordinate with the development team to help in implementation by providing accessible assets which have a precise specification.
• You should understand the design approaches that cater differently (if required) for different market segments and location and create design artefacts accordingly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and map information architectures and user journeys for the responsive web design solution
• Create, iterate and prototype testable design concepts
• Provide designs and precise specification to the dev team for implementation
• Ensure consistent approach and to be able to contribute as well as using design systems
• Gather briefs and communicate ideas clearly and effectively
• Conduct research using a variety of methods and be able to synthesise results from research into tangible insights and recommendations for discovery as well as ongoing improvement of current journeys

Experience

• In-depth knowledge of human-centred design and usability heuristics. Extensive experience in Product, UX, HCI, or Web Design
• Experience in designing responsive websites and applications
• Experience in creating, testing and iterating prototypes with stakeholders
• Experience with conducting research and articulating outputs incoherent and understandable formats
• Experience in setting/managing expectations
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines

Desirable skills include

• A design or research-related degree
• Experience speaking about design at conferences or meetups
• Software experience MUST - Figma, Adobe Suite: Photoshop/Illustrator
• DESIRABLE - Ability to prototype Lo-Fi/Hi-Fi with InVision, Framer, or Principle
• Understand Bootstrap or basic responsive HTML/CSS framework
• Embrace Mobile First and Lean UX Design Iteration
• Software experience DESIRABLE - Invision, Miro, Monday.com/Jira, and MS office suite

Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on computer vision/image processing applications like object classification, segmentation, etc.
2. Working on deep learning algorithms for machine vision based inspection usecases
3. Working on Machine Vision Cameras involving variety of Lens, Filters and other Optical Elements to collect data
4. Having full stack development experience will be plus

• Having experience in Hospitality/Travel/Internet/Online/Start-up/IT/Logistic/Courier/Cargo/ Transportation would be preferable.
