Job responsibilities:
Execution and Delivery:
 Instill and follow good product development practices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by the
technical team of architects and engineers.
 Familiar with agile practices as well as be able to adapt these to the needs of the business, with a constant focus
on product quality.
Application Architecture:
 Lead the creation and execution of the technology strategy for the technology platforms, partnerships, and external
relationships.
 Support delivery of CAPEX and OPEX and process efficiencies on a robust, secure and scalable platform.
 Knowledge of microservices and AWS cloud experience is mandatory.
Product & Cost Management:
 Deliver efficiencies in project management and customer interface.
 Real time monitoring of PERT and costs for multiple projects
 Deliver OPEX level efficiencies via superior asset management and daily tracking of fixed and variable costs,
forecast margins, profitability and cash flows while highlighting trends, outliers and opportunities.
Customer and Team Management
 Create a superior differentiated experience on the mobile - delivering convenience and seamless digital experience.
 Work collaboratively with partners and effectively manage the outsourced Technology team.

Candidate profile:
Must Have
 Around 10-12 years of relevant experience with recent 2+ years in a leadership role managing a set of products in
technology and product engineering.
 Must have deep understanding of the target audience and business and should be business oriented.
 Should be able to relate to internal and external stakeholders and understand the customer pain points and
demands.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Expertise level knowledge of  HTML5 : Comprehensive knowledge of tags, HTML API (Geo, Storage, More APIs), Canvas APIs, META Tags and Semantic markup 
• Expertise level knowledge of CSS3 : CSS Object Model, Selectors & Hierarchy, Layouts, Responsive Designs, Build Tools, SASS / SCSS & Flexbox
• Expertise level knowledge of ES6: Object-Oriented programming principles,  DOM Selectors, Event Handlers, Jquery - Functions, Callbacks, Promises, Debugging tools & approach
• Experience in creating build scripts from scratch using Webpack & Gulp with relevant plugins to improve DevOps
• Ability to independently create technical design of an Epic utilising the knowledge of JavaScript design patterns and CSS best practices
• Experience in reviewing the technical design and implementation of other frontend team members
• Ability to Suggest better alternatives to existing solutions for improving the solution quality (both functional and non-functional problems) 
• Ability to coach and line-manage senior frontend engineers, to help them grow their career
• Experience in Typescript and contemporary FE development frameworks like ReactJS, Angular & VueJS is preferred

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of 5+ years working as a Quality Assurance Analyst
• Experience with test management tools such as Quality Centre, JIRA, ADO.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium
• Knowledge of Non-Functional testing - Accessibility, Performance
• Educated to degree level, ideally in Computer Science
• ISEB certification in Testing (intermediate level) is advantageous
• Experience in participating in process change is advantageous
• Experience testing commercial websites in a creative and/or agency environment is advantageous
• Experience testing native iOS and Android applications is advantageous

Skills & Qualifications:
1) Minimum 10 - 14 years of overall experience.
2) Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Adobe AEM, AEM architecture, AEM
Application Design and Development.
3) Minimum 4-5 years of experience in design, develop and support of large-scale web application
development, AEM deployment architecture.
4) More than 7 years of Software Programming/Demand Generation experience.
5) Strong knowledge and working experience with Java development is a MUST.
6) Good knowledge and working experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks

7) Experience with REST, OSGi, Sling and SOAP.
8) Develop Build scripts in Gradle/Maven.
9) Proficiency with complex IT/software solutions is a must.
10) Good to have experience in either Database Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing.
11) Strong process development skills; ability to transform best practices and prospect requirements into
highly efficient and executable business processes.
12) Excellent verbal and written communication and articulation skills.

Responsibilities :- 

• Experience with client-focused solution architecture consulting, inclusive of project planning, estimating and resourcing.
• Write quality, maintainable code with extensive test coverage in a fast-paced professional software engineering environment.
• Experience in creating and maintaining dev-ops related scripts for enterprise applications.
• Technical delivery experience across the entire SDLC, with deep expertise in software development; at a minimum backend systems like JAVA (version 8+), JavaScript.
• Experience of formal project management environments, including Agile.
• Experience in creating low level designs of the entire applications including servers, deployments and workflows.
• Has an extensive and consistent ability of delivering complex projects throughout life cycle.
• Experience managing the development and delivery of commercial websites.
• Experience managing or leading a team of multi-skilled engineers, developers and QAs.
