Intern Visual Designer

We are currently partnering with one of our portfolio companies (seed staged) to hire a Graphic Designer. So if you are someone who wants to partner with a founder and help build the company bottoms up, this might be the right role for you.

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Knowledge of basic animation principles

Requirements and skills:
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies - Illustrator, Photoshop & After Effects
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus

Key Responsibilities
●Designing new products, interfaces, and user experiences for multiple platforms

Essential Requirements:

We need a Video editor to edit the short types of videos and social media content.
He/she should have the research quality with the required skillset.

• Should be proficient in designing posters, booklets, handouts, PPT decks

 

• Experience in Graphic Design software – Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Sketch, Corel draw, etc.
• Exceptional ability in graphic design and typography, preferably with experience in digital consumer products
• Should have experience in photo retouching
• Understanding of branding and ability to apply a brand s look and feel across the web and mobile properties
• Self-driven with the ability to work without constant supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional team and present ideas and designs effectively.
• Prior Experience in online furniture industry will be an advantage
