Role Summary :

Provide first-level technical and functional support for enterprise applications and infrastructure. Handle user issues, troubleshoot systems, and ensure timely resolution while following support processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide phone/email support and own user issues end-to-end.
• Log, track, and update tickets in Jira/Freshdesk.
• Troubleshoot Linux/UNIX systems, web servers, and databases.
• Escalate unresolved issues and communicate during downtimes.
• Create knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Mandatory Skills :

Linux/UNIX administration, Apache/Tomcat/JBoss, basic SQL databases (MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle), scripting knowledge, and ticketing tools experience.

Preferred :

• Banking/Financial Services domain exposure and client-site support experience.
• Strong communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to work in rotational shifts are essential.

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Require one year relevant experience in inbound process
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi
• A call center agent's job description is to provide courteous and professional phone support to callers, whether they need help troubleshooting a technical issue
• Answering customers' questions about its products and offering suggestions to fit their needs; handling the order process and taking payments;
• Updating customer account information, as needed; and escalating calls when a manager or higher level representative is needed
• To most effectively help customers, call center agents need to understand the company's offerings and to be able to -communicate policies and product information well.
• It is also important to be empathetic, have a positive attitude and to be able to stay calm and polite, even when callers get upset.
• Being organized and focused is necessary for the agent to input information into the company's computer systems while also talking to the caller

Qualifications-

For Inbound-

You should have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming and MySQL, an understanding of MVC designs specifically Code Igniter, JSON, JavaScript, and working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.

Responsibilities

Designing a user interface (UI)

·      Create responsive, logical, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

·      Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee uniform and unified UI designs throughout the product.

·      For the purpose of efficiently communicating design thoughts and ideas, create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.

Designing for User Experience (UX)

·      To better understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours, conduct user research.

·      To guide design choices, create user personas, user journeys, and empathy maps.

·      To improve the product's overall usability and user experience, iterate and improve user flows.

Interaction Design

·      Define and implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement and delight.

·      Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements and interactions into the product.

Usability Testing

·      Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.

·      Analyze user feedback and iterate designs based on insights obtained from testing.

·      Design Guidelines and Documentation:

·      Create and maintain design guidelines and documentation to ensure design consistency and scalability across the product.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·      Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with product objectives and technical feasibility.

·      Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to product development discussions.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

·      2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products.

·      Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

·      Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and design thinking.

·      Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Develop test plans alongside product designers and product engineers.
• Drive improvements to test framework architecture and test coverage.
• Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability, and maintainability (clean code, test pyramid).
• Track test gaps, quality, and productivity metrics. Work with other engineering teams to improve gaps from this data.
• Recommend improvements into overall best practices, design, testability and quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience of working in the Quality Engineering field
• 3+ Years of experience with UI & API test automation tools, (Selenium and etc.)
• 4+ years of experience in leading a team
• Proficient in TypeScript, Go, or a related programming language
• Experience with Continuous Integration systems (e.g., GitLab)
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
