Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at All Time Design. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all design outputs meet the specified requirements and standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to identify discrepancies between the design requirements and the final product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review completed designs to ensure they adhere to the specified requirements and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to verify that designs meet the required standards before final approval.
- Provide feedback to designers on any revisions needed to align with the project specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure a smooth review process.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks and provide regular reports on the status of design approvals.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines are met without compromising on quality.
- Suggest improvements to the quality assurance process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, design review, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to interpret design requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify even minor discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback.

Roles and Responsibilities:
