Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart, adaptable, and driven generalist to join the Founder’s Office at CraftMyPlate.

This is not a narrowly defined role — it’s a high-trust position designed for someone who can execute across verticals, stay one step ahead, and thrive in the messy middle of startup building.

You'll work directly with the founder, acting as a force multiplier across strategy, operations, product, growth, and partnerships — helping identify bottlenecks, drive execution, and bring structure where it’s needed most.

What You’ll Do

Strategic & Cross-Functional Execution

• Work across functions — from operations and growth to product and partnerships
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive high-leverage projects to closure
• Support the founder in decision-making with structured research, insights, and reporting

Ownership & Execution

• Take ownership of critical tasks and initiatives end-to-end
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery
• Act as a cross-functional glue between marketing, sales, ops, and tech teams

• Spot inefficiencies and turn chaos into systems
• Run experiments, create frameworks, and document learnings
• Think beyond “how things are done” to “how they can be done better”

Role Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer- Frontend, your key responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Ensure successful delivery of all technology tasks assigned with high quality. Developing and executing as per the project plans.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
• Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs (including crashes and ANRs) to increase the functionality of the application.
• A proven team member and individual contributor with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.

Skills needed:

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience:

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Should have built web apps, CMS, admin panels that are deployed to production.
• Should have experience with frontend architecture including microfrontend, and state management
• It will be an addon if you can also code mobile apps in React Native.
• Should have experience of integrating backend API's and managing state locally.
• Should understand complex business logic and be able to convert that into code.
• Good to have capability of converting design into HTML code.
• Good to have exposure to building video streaming and real time chat platform using webrtc & socket.io.
• Good to have understanding of docker containerization and Kubernetes.

Role Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated AI Intern to join our dynamic team. This isn't your average internship; you'll be diving headfirst into the exciting world of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work on real-world projects, contributing directly to our core products by researching, developing, and fine-tuning state-of-the-art language models. If you're passionate about making machines understand and generate human language, this is the perfect role for you!

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Develop & Implement LLM Models: Assist in building and deploying LLM solutions for tasks like sentiment analysis, text summarization, named entity recognition (NER), and question-answering.

Fine-Tune LLMs: Work hands-on with pre-trained Large Language Models (like Llama, GPT, BERT) and fine-tune them on our custom datasets to enhance performance for specific tasks.

Data Pipeline Management: Be responsible for data preprocessing, cleaning, and augmentation to create high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.

Experiment & Evaluate: Research and experiment with different model architectures and fine-tuning strategies (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA) to optimize for accuracy, speed, and cost.

Collaborate & Document: Work closely with our senior ML engineers and data scientists, actively participating in code reviews and clearly documenting your findings and methodologies.

Must-Have Skills (Qualifications)

Strong Python Proficiency: You live and breathe Python and are comfortable with its data science ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

Solid ML & NLP Fundamentals: A strong theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and core NLP techniques (e.g., tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms).

Deep Learning Frameworks: Hands-on experience with either PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Familiarity with LLMs: You understand the basics of transformer architecture and have some exposure to working with or fine-tuning Large Language Models.

Problem-Solving Mindset: An analytical and curious approach to tackling complex challenges.

Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Brownie Points For (Preferred Skills)

in CRM systems.
