Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Rust, Python, and TypeScript.
• Build high-performance microservices and APIs for AI-driven products.
• Develop fault-tolerant, secure, and maintainable distributed systems.
• Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing pipelines.
• Implement caching, message queues, and database optimization strategies.

AI & Machine Learning Integration

• Build and maintain backend infrastructure supporting LLMs, Generative AI, RAG systems, and AI Agents.
• Integrate models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and open-source LLMs.
• Develop vector search solutions using Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or similar technologies.
• Build AI workflows for content generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and conversational intelligence.
• Optimize AI inference pipelines for performance and cost efficiency.

System Architecture

• Design scalable architectures capable of handling high traffic and large volumes of data.
• Develop real-time processing systems and data pipelines.
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
• Drive performance tuning and latency optimization across services.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability. 

Role: .NET Developer with React.js

3+ years in .NET/C# development (ASP.NET, Web API, MVC or Core)

Expertise in React.js (Redux, Hooks, component design)

Position- Appian Developer

Experience- 8 to 12 years

Appian Skills:

Process Modeling and Workflow Automation: Candidates must showcase their understanding of Appian’s Process Modeler and demonstrate the ability to optimize execution paths and manage exceptions.

Data Integration and Management Expertise: This skill ensures that candidates can create secure API integrations and manage external data sources, crucial for maintaining data integrity and connectivity.

Scripting and Expression Rule Development: Evaluates the candidate’s capability to write expressions and scripts that extend application functionality.

Security and Access Control Management: Assess the ability to configure security roles and access permissions, ensuring that applications comply with organizational policies and protect sensitive data.

Appian Deployment and Performance Optimization: Ensures that applications are deployed efficiently and perform optimally. These skills are essential for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and efficient applications using Appian's low-code platform.

UI / UX Designer for Industrial IOT Product.

User-centered design principles: Deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.

Information architecture: Organizing and structuring content for optimal user experience.

Interaction design: Creating intuitive and engaging user flows and interactions.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Creating low and high-fidelity prototypes to test and iterate designs.

Analytics & data analysis: Using data to inform design decisions and measure design effectiveness.

Visual design principles: Typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

UI design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

Responsive design: Designing interfaces that adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes.

Accessibility standards: WCAG guidelines for creating inclusive designs.

Front-end development basics: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for understanding technical feasibility.

Software & Tools:

Design software: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), InVision, etc.

Prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, InVision Studio, Axure, etc.

Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.

Version control: Git or similar for managing design files.

Soft Skills:

Communication: Clearly articulating design decisions and presenting ideas to stakeholders.

Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, marketers).

Problem-solving: Identifying user pain points and developing creative solutions.

Critical thinking: Analyzing user data and feedback to make informed design decisions.

Mentorship: Guiding and supporting junior designers.

Time management: Handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Adaptability: Staying current with design trends and emerging technologies.

Beyond the Basics:

Domain expertise: Industrial IOT is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Writes high quality code & unit tests, builds, tests as per agreed timelines
• Participates in technical design and provides estimation
• Owns one or more small to medium features
• Becomes a go-to person in at least one area
• Communicates clearly and gets clarification upfront to minimize rework. Knows when to ask for help to unblock.
• Consistently follows and promotes SDLC best practices: Coding standard, testing, code reviews, code comments etc.
• Exhibit strong problem solving skills, helps other developers and demonstrates teamwork

Requirements:

• Understands detailed requirements and demonstrates excellent problem solving skills
• Deep understanding of software engineering practices, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms
• Excellent programming skills in ROR, Golang, NodeJS, Python
• Strong communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to deliver results
• 4+ years of experience in product driven organization
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering from a reputed institute
• Experience in Golang, RoR, Unity, ML or Python will be an added advantage
