About The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design & Architecture Specialist with advanced SketchUp modeling expertise. This role combines architectural visualization, interior design, and furniture modeling with strong coordination and project management skills. The ideal candidate will bring both technical proficiency and design creativity to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, including furniture modeling and plugin usage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing architectural and interior design projects.
• Knowledge of furniture design principles, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit (preferred).
• Experience with rendering software for visual presentations (a plus).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and creative problem-solving mindset.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in interior design or architectural visualization

REVIEW CRITERIA:

MANDATORY:

• Strong Customer Success, Large account management Profile
• Must have 5+ YOE in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship in a SaaS environment.
• Must have 3+ YOE in Team management
• Must have expertise in managing and ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth with the enterprise-level customers,
• Must be proficient in CRM and customer success tools
• Candidate for Hyderabad should know 1 more South Indian language (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam) other than Telugu

PREFERRED:

• Retail, Manufacturing or FMCG
• Candidates for Hyderabad knowing any other south Indian language apart from Telegu

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned high ticket accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Develop and execute customer success plans, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Proactively identify and address customer challenges, providing solutions and recommendations to drive customer success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and present new opportunities.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any red flags to prevent churn.
• Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback and insights to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success management.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of managing and retaining high-value customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address customer challenges.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and other customer success tools.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be working with the Rust compiler and will be responsible for compiling to alternate targets such as WebAssembly

You will be exposed with TDD for unit testing individual functions and integration testing for testing publicly exposed APIs

Working with a Git style workflow where every commit deploys to a stagingenvironment and merged pull requests deploy to production

Setting up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using Github actionsaccording to project needs

Developing software in Rust

Maintaining and improving existing rust codebases.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing, test planning, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous manual and automated testing, while also contributing to continuous improvement in our CI/CD pipeline and cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for E2E and API testing (Playwright, SoapUI, or similar).
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Perform defect tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Apply knowledge of AWS cloud-native services and Terraform to support testing in cloud-based environments.
• Write and maintain reusable test automation scripts with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Support release validation, performance checks, and production monitoring as needed.

Must-Have Requirements

• Strong experience in test planning & execution (functional, integration, regression, UAT).
• Hands-on with automation testing frameworks (Playwright, SoapUI, etc.).
• Proficiency in JavaScript with basic understanding of TypeScript and SQL.
• Experience with Terraform and good exposure to AWS Cloud Native services.
• Ability to integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with other automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman, etc.).
• Experience in performance testing and security testing.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for containerized environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.
