Role Summary :

• We are looking for a Rust Tech Lead/Senior Rust Developer with 5+ Years of software development experience, including 3 to 4 Years of expertise in Rust.
• In this role, you will lead a team of developers, guide technical decisions, and ensure the development of robust Rust applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of Rust developers.
• Develop and maintain high-quality Rust code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Rust applications.

Qualifications :

• 5+ Years in Software Development.
• 3 to 4 Years of professional Rust experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in team leadership.

Preferred Skills :

• Systems programming and concurrent programming experience.
• Familiarity with Git and other version control systems.

Responsibilities:

• Help build model monitoring systems across model types like regression, classification with structured & unstructured datasets.
• Build high-performance multi-tenant deployment architecture that works across frameworks like PyTorch, sklearn, TensorFlow.
• Help realize the product vision: Production-ready machine learning models with monitoring within moments, not months.
• Help companies deploy their machine learning models at scale across a wide range of use-cases and sectors.
• Write maintainable, scalable performant python code, Build high volume and high availability analytics systems, Push the state of the art of MLOPs to push the industry ahead.

Requirements:

• 3+ years work experience with production-grade python- preferably contribution to open source repost.
• Prior experience with ML monitoring, observability & explainability systems, and familiarity with tools for data science like Pandas, Notebooks, Numpy, Scipy, etc.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment, experience with one relational & 1 non-relational DB is preferred.
• Some working experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred.
• Experience with model analysis and experimentation frameworks like MLFlow, W& B;, tfma is preferred.

Role: Sales Manager/DGM:

• Working closely with the founders for new corporate partnerships

• Responsible for new business prospecting and account planning across mid-market and enterprise clients

• Responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline, leveraging one’s own network as well as other tools for lead generation

• Engaging, building and maintaining key contact and stakeholder relationships with clients

• Nurturing prospective clients through the sales journey, and converting to clients

• Cross-collaboration with marketing and client operations team on lead generation activities

• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Defining the KPIs for the junior sales managers and

• Brand ambassador for Jify by sharing your passion and knowledge with customers, contacts and prospect

Successful applicants:

• 3 to 8yrs experience in acquiring and/or farming mid/enterprise corporate customers

• Prior experience in hunting and converting enterprise scale business is a must; Preference for experience

in technology sales to CHROs and/or to C-suite

Responsibilities:

• Develop application modules independently and fix any bugs promptly.
