Responsibilities:
- Develop and create visual designs for various marketing and advertising materials such as banners, flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design marketing campaigns that align with the brand strategy and target audience.
- Create and design graphics for website pages, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Develop and maintain visual brand standards and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, software, and tools to continually improve design skills and deliver high-quality designs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines.
- Prepare and finalize files for print and digital production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro) & other graphic design tools.
- Understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout.
- Portfolio showcasing design skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
