Job Description:We're seeking an experienced AEM Backend Developer to join our digital platforms team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills in Java (primary) and/or Python, along with proven experience in designing and building scalable, maintainable Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain AEM-based backend solutions, components, and templates

- Develop custom AEM Sling models, servlets, services, and OSGi components

- Build and integrate RESTful services and APIs to support frontend and third-party systems

- Work closely with frontend developers and AEM content authors to support dynamic content delivery

- Develop automation scripts using Java/Python for data handling, deployment, and reporting needs

- Implement AEM workflows, user permissions, and version control for content

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AEM environments

- Optimize AEM performance, scalability, and security configurations

Required Skills:- 3+ years of experience in AEM backend development

- Strong hands-on experience with Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR

- Experience with Python for backend scripting, automation, or integration tasks

- Knowledge of AEM architecture including dispatcher, replication agents, and workflows

- Experience working with AEM APIs, servlets, event handlers, schedulers, and custom components

- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML data handling

- Familiarity with Maven, Git, Jenkins, and Agile development practices

Preferred Skills:- Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud tools like Adobe Target, Analytics, Campaign

- Working knowledge of cloud-based AEM (Adobe as a Cloud Service)

- Basic familiarity with frontend technologies (React/Angular/HTL)

REQUIREMENTS:

·      Relevant expertise in React Native, React Native CLI, JavaScript and TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Database (SQLite, Realm) and Unit Testing.

Job Responsibilities:

Support, maintain, and enhance existing and new product functionality for trading software in a real-time, multi-threaded, multi-tier server architecture environment to create high and low level design for concurrent high throughput, low latency software architecture.

• Provide software development plans that meet future needs of clients and markets
• Evolve the new software platform and architecture by introducing new components and integrating them with existing ones
• Perform memory, cpu and resource management
• Analyze stack traces, memory profiles and production incident reports from traders and support teams
• Propose fixes, and enhancements to existing trading systems
• Adhere to release and sprint planning with the Quality Assurance Group and Project Management
• Work on a team building new solutions based on requirements and features
• Attend and participate in daily scrum meetings

What qualities are we looking for?

• 3 – 8 years of experience in building web applications
• Excellent command over Data Structures & Algorithms
• Exceptional coding skills in an Object-Oriented programming language (Java)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Technical Requirements:

• Working experience on JAVA, Spring Boot. (building web services)
• Working experience in building microservices and distributed systems.
• Working experience on using messaging queues RabbitMQ/Kafka is a plus.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery,  Angular 5+)
• Excellent knowledge and programming skills in data structures, algorithms.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
• Proficiency with Git

• Proficient in .NET technology preferred (C#) & MS SQL WWF/WCF/WPF.

• Work closely with Engineers. Document features for seamless handoff to design and development teams.

• Experience level of 6 to 9 years of experience in very large-scale applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, computer science fundamentals, data structures and
• algorithms their space & time complexities
• Design (LLD & HLD) and architect technical solutions for the business problems of a very large-scale portal.
• Strong hands-on and practical working experience with Java as the programming language
