Role Description -
This is a crucial role spanning across top e-commerce customers. A key responsibility of this role is to own, manage, and build the P&L for the channel.
1)This role would be responsible for driving key projects and delivering the AOP for the MP team aligning with various internal stakeholders such as KAMs, category managers, supply chain, and finance teams.
2) Develop strategic plans for our brand in line with business and sales objectives.
3) Complete responsibility for volume forecasts, supply chain efficiency, and account reconciliations.
4) Deliver and exceed on growth, revenue, and market share objectives
1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Implement scalable and efficient solutions for both front-end and back-end functionalities.
4. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
5. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
6. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
7. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing
and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
2. Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, professional
networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs,
develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
4. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment
with the company's values and goals.
5. Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the
recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical
recruitment to continuously improve and optimize the hiring process.
7. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key technical roles to ensure a steady flow of
qualified candidates.
8. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract
top talent.
The necessary prerequisites are:
Masters in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Strong understanding of technical roles and proficiency in assessing technical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with current trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, implement, and maintain .NET Core-based middle layer/services applications.
- Ensure adherence to best coding practices for high-performance data processing.
- Identify and resolve application issues and provide optimal solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune .NET Core projects through periodic code reviews.
- Provide technical support for .NET Core backend applications and deployment queries.
Technical Skills:
- WCF/Web Services or REST API (C#.NET Core): 1+ years of experience.
- .NET Core Windows Services: 2+ years of experience.
- SQL Server (2012/2014/2016): 2+ years of experience with high-performance queries; MySQL experience preferred.
- Message Queue (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.): Experience preferred.
- Distributed Cache Management (Redis, MemCached, etc.): Experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, MCA, or MSc.
- 4+ years of experience in .NET enterprise application development.
- Experience in developing high-performance and scalable middle layers.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and source code management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
