Job Description: We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with expertise in Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) to contribute to the development and enhancement of our web presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress development and experience integrating and leveraging DXP technologies to deliver seamless digital experiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate and utilize DXP solutions (such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms) to enhance user experiences, content personalization, and multi-channel delivery.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces.
• Build and maintain reusable code libraries and plugins to extend WordPress functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress development, performance, and security.
• Implement and manage SEO best practices to improve site visibility and user engagement.
• Work with APIs and third-party integrations to connect WordPress with other platforms and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in WordPress development and DXP technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.
• Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for mobile, and cross-browser compatible.
• Provide support and training to internal teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with strong knowledge of theme and plugin development.
• Hands-on experience with DXP platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Acquia, or similar).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong experience with PHP, MySQL, and WordPress architecture.
• Experience integrating WordPress with third-party APIs and services.
• Knowledge of best practices for web security, performance, and SEO.
• Familiarity with modern development tools like Git, Composer, and Node.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with content personalization and digital marketing tools integrated into DXPs.
• Familiarity with multi-language or multi-site setups within WordPress and DXPs.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
