Role Overview:  

We are looking for an entry-level UI/Visual Designer (exp: 0-1 year) to focus on creating high-end visuals that support our presales team in pitching projects to potential customers. As a Visual Designer, you will ensure that branding identity and illustration efforts meet client expectations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate client business requirements and user needs into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
• Design high-quality visuals, motion graphics, UI mockups, storyboards, etc for pre-sales proposals and pitches, helping to communicate project understanding to potential customers.
• Collaborate with product managers, presales, developers, and design teams to produce illustrations, branding assets, and marketing materials.
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the visual design field.
• Actively participate in client calls to gain a thorough understanding of their brand and the requirements as well as to present deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- 0-1 Year of proven experience

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Figma.

- A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.

- Ability to comprehend client expectations, design visions, and produce creative collaterals.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in distributing IT Network Security Products, Endpoint Security, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), Software, Desktop/Laptop sales, and Networking Products Sales through Channel Partners. This role involves managing partner and customer relationships, working collaboratively with OEMs/partners, and leading a team of Partner Channel Sales Managers.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and nurture relationships with partners and customers.

- Collaborate effectively with OEMs and partners.

- Assign and align daily and monthly sales tasks for the team.

- Lead joint partner planning to establish performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.

- Continuously assess and address partner needs.
