Codemonk is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee software development projects from beginning to end, serving as a crucial link between clients and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the final product aligns with the client’s business needs and objectives.
2. Implement industry best practices for defining project Sprints, goals, and deliverables, continuously enhancing them.
3. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress using Jira.
4. Ensure timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and stakeholders.
6. Manage resource allocation and availability.
7. Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and methods, communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
8. Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring project objectives are met.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
10. Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
2. 4 - 6 years of experience as a project manager/business analyst in software development,
3. Strong experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. Experience with project management and business analysis tools like JIRA / Asana.

We are hiring a Technical Business Analyst who wants to advance their knowledge and experience in Privacy & Security. The ideal candidate will have interest and experience in data privacy and application & data security. We will be providing training resources to ramp up on privacy & security, but candidates with technical background, and interest in privacy & security are preferred.

As the successful candidate, you will be required to: 

• Gathering and documenting needs and use of data from internal and external stakeholders, including privacy requirements based on laws & regulations, document security best practices and requirements.
• Research, analyze, and document business requirements. Prepare high quality analysis such as summarizing security best practices, privacy laws, business requirements specifications, functional and technical specifications, traceability matrices, etc.
• Create user stories based on functional requirements gathered from business teams.
• Work with developers and support teams to resolve defects and environment issues
• Creating data and process workflows.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Engage and work closely with development team and stakeholders, including attending scrum meetings.

To be eligible for this role, you should possess the following: 

• Bachelor’s or Engineering Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Should have good communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to a range of audiences
• Must be self-driven, self-motivated with good soft skills.
• Must have good software engineering skills, thorough knowledge of SDLC, STLC.

• Understand the problem statement and derive potential product solutions.

• Work with the release process and support teams to ensure that the product is released successfully and any issues in production are resolved quickly.
• Measure and analyse the success of a product or feature using internal tools as well as tools like Google Analytics
• Efficiently manage agile development of the product.
• Contribute to the product's 'Go To Market' Strategy.

Skills required :

• Strong familiarity with product development, user flows and UI experience.
• Proven ability to successfully manage all phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Expertise with web/mobile analytic tools.

• Define and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives, and key results to measure success; Regularly interface with ground teams, farmers, traders, etc. to get feedback on product strategy for your product area.
• Regularly share progress with execs and the larger teams against quarterly and annual goals.
• Foster a product culture for PMs, Analysts, Designers, Operations Teams, and Business teams.
• Work with engineering leadership to envision and prioritize improvements to our core product offering that is in line with our quarterly and annual goals.

• 4+ years of experience in core product management.
• Experience leading and mentoring in a product management organization.
• Experienced working with highly technical engineering and design teams and driving complex projects from ideation to successful launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop test scenarios and cases as per the sprint requirements from product owner
• Should prepare the effective test data for the identified cases.
• Should be able to configure the test environment.
• As per the sprint planning, execute test cases and report the bugs.
• The test execution involves at the user interface level, including functional tests, UI tests and workflow tests to identify system and software problems and their causes
• Work with automated test cases using already existing frameworks
• Work in agile Team and actively participate in agile events
• Be an advocate of high quality of the products you work on

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years of in-depth QA Engineering experience in enterprise applications in ERP/ SCM/ CRP domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
• Experience with manual testing, automation testing using Selenium with appropriate frameworks

Educational Qualification :

5. e) Translating client requirements into system configuration and custom developments and prepares an achievable delivery schedule.
