Position 1 : Sr Consultant / Consultant – Java + React (Remote) Joining time – Immediate joiner We are looking for Consultant or Senior Consultant role having 5-to-9-year experience. Must Have : Hands-on experience of 5+ years in Core Java, J2EE. Strong experience on java 8+. Strong experience on React. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns such as MVC and other popular design principles Strong Experience with micro services, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Springboot Cloud experience of Azure/ AWS. Experience with deployment using DevOps tools on Azure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in complex application stacks Expert in understanding client requirement and designing solutions. Expert in problem solving, release management, repository management. Good To Have: Good experience of working with Node.JS, NoSQL systems GraphQL, Github Copilot Automated unit test cases include use of mocking frameworks. Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment

You will have to develop a thorough understanding of Unigage's clients and drive customer engagement. You will be responsible for streamlining processes for the entire client lifecycle from on-boarding to churn. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for achievement of digital marketing objectives of our clients
• Oversee overall quality of work being delivered on the account
• Demonstrate subject matter understanding of digital marketing, engage in strategic discussions around Performance marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Social, SEO and other channels

• Experience in fronting client relationships directly

• Handling operations and client management
• Briefing the creative team, helping in the creation of a concept.
• Facilitating communication between Client Service Operations & other business units to ensure an effective operating environment.
• Strategizing and executing campaigns for clients.
• Working with senior management keeping them informed of new developments, service issues and new business opportunities.
• Managing paid social media campaigns 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Should be hands-on experience in paid search, display, retargeting, email marketing, social, Conversion Optimization, and other key relevant channels that provide traffic and conversions for clients and to share this with internal teams too.

• Understanding and experience of the key analytical and market intelligence tools like Google Analytics and other sources across multi-channels – including PPC and display platforms is a must.

Technical:

• Rich experience with .NET Core (MVC)
• Strong C# and object-oriented programming skills
• Working knowledge of MSSQL 2016 or Above
• Html5, CSS3, LINQ, Entity Framework 6.X
• Provide best practices for Client-Side scripting using JQuery, ReactJS
• Previous experience with Web API, Restful APIs
• Core Architecture and Design Patterns (Builder, Generic Repository)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. GIT, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with IoT projects would be added advantage

About the Backend Developer

We are looking at a diligent, driven, passionate person for our efforts on engagement and retention of our customers (schools) in a high growth environment. Backend Developer will be the face of the organisation for the schools that are using the platform on a day to day basis. The Developer will interact with the schools via the chat support and email requests and resolve any issues that the schools might be facing in using the platform or extend any support they might be needing to use the platform to its fullest.

• As a Backend Developer, you will play a major role in, developing and deploying high-quality web platforms. In this multifaceted role, you will get the opportunity to work along curriculum experts, teachers, and students, and user-test the product in real school settings.
