Role Overview
We're hiring a Social Media Manager to lead and execute content scheduling and management across all digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and email newsletters.
This role is key to maintaining a consistent brand voice, publishing high-quality content without errors, and ensuring we're on top of social trends that drive growth. We currently use Metricool as our central tool for managing, scheduling, and analyzing performance across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage content calendars and scheduling across all major social platforms.
- Coordinate content publishing with internal creatives (writers, designers, video editors).
- Schedule and manage branded newsletters and email campaigns.
- Monitor content trends and audience behavior to optimize strategy.
- Perform thorough QA checks—no errors, no exceptions.
- Use tools like Metricool, Zapier, or Hootsuite to automate workflows.
- Track KPIs and report engagement metrics weekly.
KPIs & Performance Metrics
- Zero content errors (grammar, design, links, formatting).
- Timely, consistent publishing aligned with brand goals.
- Growth in reach, engagement, and follower base.
- Incorporation of trends and data insights to enhance content performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years managing social media or digital content.
- Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (Metricool, Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, startup environments.
