About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional senior technical recruiter to join our Bangalore team. This role will be in office 3-4 days a week (hybrid).
Our ideal candidate has:
- Previously sourced candidates for top venture backed startups.
- Sourced software engineer candidates for AI engineering roles.
- Sourced from top engineering schools (ex: IIT, IIIT, etc).
- Managed internal HR needs in addition to sourcing and interviewing candidates.
