About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition with strong experience in IT recruitment, onboarding processes, and payroll operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with GreytHR or similar HRMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end IT Recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR operations through GreytHR.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, employee attendance, and leave management.
- Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity) and HR reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and assist in policy implementation.
- Address employee queries professionally and maintain strong employee relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, specifically in IT recruitment
- Working knowledge of GreytHR HRMS.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

What are we looking in you
- Graduate or PG degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
