We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner who can build our hiring engine from scratch, move fast, and close high-quality candidates consistently.
This role is for someone who treats hiring like sales + growth, not just coordination.

- Own end-to-end hiring across tech, product, and operations roles
- Close 4ā8 quality hires per month
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, communities, and networks (not just job portals)
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Create and improve hiring processes for speed and quality
- Ensure a great candidate experience and fast turnaround times
