Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop facade concepts, details, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration.
• Prepare 2D/3D models, renderings, and specifications for facade systems.
• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and sustainable technologies.
• Review shop drawings, prototypes, and mock-ups for compliance with design intent.
• Provide technical support during tendering, procurement, and construction phases.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit.
• Strong knowledge of facade materials (glass, aluminum, stone, composites).
• Understanding of building physics and envelope performance.

Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for:

• Fabrics (raw materials)

• Readymade sarees

• Artwork products

• Bulk stock

• Returns and exchanges

• Track fabric consumption against confirmed orders and production plans

• Record and monitor all stock movements, including inward, outward, damaged, returned, and

exchanged items

• Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained and proactively raise replenishment alerts

• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely availability of fabrics and materials

Dispatch & Order Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the Dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Act as the primary point of coordination between Dispatch and Customer Care teams

• Share real-time updates on dispatch status, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines

• Support resolution of dispatch-related issues, including delays, RTOs, returns, and exchanges

• Ensure all customer-facing information related to orders and inventory is accurate and consistent

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Assist the Customer Care team with order status inquiries and dispatch-related concerns

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints related to inventory or dispatch

• Ensure smooth closure of customer issues with proper documentation and follow

Required background:

Ideal candidate is full stack with a focus on the backend

Can work with React.JS and is comfortable with CSS

Strong Node.JS with working experience in Graphql

Worked on scaling issues and real-time distributed systems

Has experience building microservices.

Has work experience with web sockets, WebRTC and RTMP / HLS.

5.5+ years of experience after college

Ideally has past experience with Java or GoLang.

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience using HTML, CSS
• Good understanding of Jquery to create animations.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Having exp. in building marketing web pages is a pluS
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Good Communication

• Should have 3 to 5 year’s hands-on experience in testing Desktop & Web Applications. 
• Should have worked on Desktop & Web automation. 
• Automation expertise using Java, Selenium, SikuliX 
• Experience having automated in an Agile environment. 
• Experience with issue tracking tool (JIRA) and reporting tools. 
• Experience with source code management and build tools - Git, SVN, Maven 
• Experience with continuous integration using bamboo/Jenkins.  

Good to have:  

• Strong knowledge of current automation trends.
